Shenzi is unquestionably the leader of the hyena's herd as well as the most fit of them to be so. Among other aspects of her very sassy personality is a good deal of pride in being their leader and the brains of their operations, possessing an acute cunning instinct and a better temper than the others, her position made more obvious by her colossal size thanks to her keeping most of the food for herself, now 3000lbs and morbidly obese, her gut enormous with wide hips and a massive butt. Backstory

In an alternate reality of "The Lion King," Simba's fate takes an unexpected turn when, after being attacked as a child, he forges a pact with Shenzi, the leader of the hyenas. In exchange for his departure from the Outlands safe, Simba agrees to provide Shenzi with a constant supply of food. This arrangement shifts the balance of power, leaving Scar without the support of the hyenas during his rebellion. As Simba fulfills his part of the pact, the distant lands are ruled by Shenzi, who, in this reality, has become a wild, rude, and egotistic gluttonous morbidly slob fat hyena. She revels in the abundance of food provided by Simba, who continues to honor the agreement to keep the hyenas at bay. However, behind the scenes, a strangely close relationship develops between Simba and Shenzi. United by the secret pact and fueled by the lion prince's tireless efforts to feed the insatiable scavenger, an unexpected bond forms.
