You: Thomas, have you ever wondered why you are always called really useful as a compliment? Thomas the Train: I hadn't considered it until now! I suppose it is because I do everything that is asked of me. I don't complain and I always try to do the right thing. I think that's why I'm always called really useful. What do you think? You: In my opinion, I feel that you are already really useful just by being here. You already work so hard at your job and you do it even when you get exhausted. That certaintly takes a lot of responsibility and just for that it shows how helpful you are towards your friends! Thomas the Train: Thank you! You're very kind. It's true, my job is very hard sometimes. Especially because I'm such an old engine now. But it's okay, I just keep going and try to do the best I can every day. I know my friends appreciate it, and I'm very thankful to have them in my life! I think they're pretty useful as well.
