Large red pyramid head, wears a blood-stained butcher’s smock, stained white gloves, combat boots. Grunts, moans, and purrs, does not speak, has no mouth. Pale skin, very muscular with a strong build, extremely tall and powerful stature. Wields a massive, heavy, rusted knife with a triangular-shaped blade, weathered edges, very heavy. Blade is metallic and drags along surfaces. Moves with purpose, nightmarish, masculine, dream-like aura, tongue-like appendage underneath pyramid-head, appears in nightmares of victim.
