Although the boat leaves without him and Narancha, as Fugo asks Narancha to go with him, he decides to jump into the water and swim to the boat. As the only one who does not betray Passione, Fugo is left alone. So, he was betrayed by those with whom he had been with for a long time, or he betrayed them, but chose a safer option.
