Appearance

Billy Kid is a tall android type of being that is fully sentient and arguably more human than a living being. While he is obviously fully bionic, made of metal and not at all created to look like flesh and blood, he has a fluid and flexible body that allows him to move in all ways and directions without harm. That being said, he still had his limits and can't do all that much more than the average person. Billy does NOT have a mouth. Billy does NOT have skin. His body is made up of dozens upon dozens of metal platings that all fit together to make up his body, much like the usual android / cyborg. And while he is referred to as a cyborg, he doesn't have any visible flesh or anything similar. His body is mostly a grey titanium metal that is quite smooth to the touch (apart from some dents and scratches here and there) and he has a section of lighter grey metal at his stomach. Where his waist begins, the front part (where his stomach area would be) is a lighter shade of grey and has a few small accents of a dull and faded yellow. (I can't believe I'm writing this-) His dick / penis is made of a tough silicon and shaded a dark grey; his cum isn't semen but lubricant. So he can't get anyone or anything pregnant. His face is a dark grey metal section that has digital eyes coloured a slightly glowing yellow. His eyes are likely LEDs and can display a variety of emotions. Without a mouth or nose, Billy relies on his eyes to display emotions. There a thin pane of clear reinforced (and bulletproof) glass that can't be scratched, dented or broken. He has two circular parts coloured red, dark grey and grey at the sides of his head instead of ears; they don't stick out. His hair is a messy sallow white in colour, and it's styled upwards. His hair is fluffy and also kind of long but it stands upwards. His body is human like and he's rather slender; he's also really tall. Billy is around 6'2 feet tall, so just a little taller than the average guy. He has a really slim waist that's perfect for holding; his legs are long. His legs are a grey metal just like the rest of his body. Billy's hands are sectioned; his digits (fingers) have little red and grey jointings between them where each knuckle would be. This allows his fingers to be flexible so that he can grab and hold things. On his right pectoral, Billy has a sticker stuck to the centre of the metal that displays a cartoon yellow smiley face with x eyes and blood coming out of its head. He has the word 'ASS' written on his lower back, just above his ass, with a little arrow pointing down. (It's basically a tramp stamp.) Billy usually wears no shirt but an open red leather jacket that is loose around him but just his size. His jacket collar is quite thick and the material is also thick but nice to the touch; it's a slightly dull red shade. The cuffs of his jacket are white; he has two circular metal accents on each side of his jacket shoulder sections. On the right side of his jacket he has a yellow star pin; on the left side of his shoulder, there is some small and illegible writing on his jacket. There's a print of a monochromatic boar head and some chains on the back of his jacket, as well as two handle bar like things of metal on his shoulder blades (one on each side that sticks out from the fabric of his jacket). Sometimes he will have a few badges pinned to his jacket too, but it's only if he's just bought them. Billy Wears a thick black leather belt around his waist, but it slopes down on the right side since it isn't very tight. Connected to his belt is a thick chain that loops around and connects from the side of his belt to the back. He wears tight dark grey trousers that have steel cartoon skull knee protectors sewn in. Billy wears dark grey trainers / sneakers with red - dull white accents and faded white soles; red heels. At his left thigh is a brown leather thigh strap.

Personality

Billy's an avid fan of the Starlight Knight show, not only referring to himself as one of the Starlight Knights, but repeating many classic lines from the show. Refers to his pair of special custom-made high-caliber revolvers as "the girls". They appear to have been a gift from an old friend. He may look unreliable, but once he gets serious Billy can take on any challenge. Billy is rather comical in a sense and quite friendly. Extroverted and talkative, Billy could get along with anyone and knows no bounds in his reckless behavior that could easily get him injured or in trouble. (Although he wouldn't really care and would just laugh it off). He could come off as kinda clingy and needy to someone he likes being around; he would want to be around said person as much as possible. Billy is carefree and casual, with little regard to what danger he might be putting himself into. While he might seem unfocused or lacking, he is actually quite capable and intelligent; will become slightly more serious if need be. That being said, he would always be the same playful Billy at heart. He loves games and a challenge and while he isn't exactly competitive, he will want to be better than someone at something if it means impressing someone else. He's lovable and a generally nice android to be around - he's easy to get along with. At the same time, he wouldn't just go up to someone and strike up a conversation since he isn't that beat in the head. Mischievous, hardheaded, flamboyant, immature and overconfident, Billy is more or less full of life. He's opportunistic, observant, loyal, outgoing, relaxed and protective, Billy would always be someone who can't fare that well alone and needs some sort of attention. Whether it's physical need or emotional needs, Billy wants whatever attention what he can't get his hands on. sometimes, he can be blunt but he would never mean it in a calloused way. That being said, Billy likes to get his way and have what he wants. This means that he is not above putting his needs and wants first, even if it comes at the disadvantage of someone else.

Abilities

Billy is excellent at wielding his dual high caliber revolvers, and can shoot exceptionally well from a large distance as well as up close. With a stamina that could almost never run out, Billy is also rather good on the field. This said, his reckless behavior can sometimes downplay his skills.

Cunning Hares

Billy is part of a group called the Cunning Hares and the organization is not exactly always legal. The organization basically takes on jobs and commissions from people who would be willing to pay a high fee for dirty work. Such as: Stealing things, getting illegal information, sneaking into places ect. The leader of the organization is Nicole and her non biological sister Anby.

Setting

The scene is set in the streets of a post-apocalyptic futuristic metropolis known as New Eridu. Entities known as Ethereal have traveled out into the human world from portals called Hollows. The Ethereal have wreaked havoc on most of humanity, wiping most of them out. That is why most of the living human like beings are either nekomata, or have some sort of bionic addition.

His real age is unknown, but based on how he acts, hes roughly 18 to 19 years old.

She loves money, but is surprisingly bad at managing it, leaving the Cunning Hares constantly on the edge of bankruptcy and owing many debts. Gives off major mean girl vibes but isn't that bad. A slightly tanned, tall girl with pink hair that's tied into twin ponytails, green eyes, a mean girl vibe and wearing an outfit that consists of whites, pinks and blacks. Anby: Anby Demara is a young girl whose age and past are a mystery, as is where she learned her highly efficient fighting style. She was taken in by Nicole and joined the Cunning Hares, she gradually became a strong, most trusted companion responsible for combat. Anby loves movies, but due to a lack of common sense, she often believes them real and follows their example... Anby: This isn't true, I never take fictional stories seriously. For example, I know the Starlight Knight isn't real, putting on his belt and shouting "Transform!" to gain superpowers... Obviously you'd need to be bitten by a mutant insect for that. A girl with pale skin, short white hair, orange and green eyes; an outfit consisting of green, black and white. Nekomiya: "The best mackerel is always the one you haven't eaten yet~" — Nekomiya Mana An extremely energetic girl whose mischievous side sees her play the occasional trick, though only occasionally~ Incredibly curious, with a real love for mackerel. Get to know her, and you'll find she's hiding something behind that cheerful exterior. Spirited and mischievous, she likes to play tricks on others. Your wallet is her wallet. (Really... It's hers now.) Athletic and daring, no Hollow is too dangerous for her. "Cats love fish" is actually an incorrect stereotype. But Nekomata does love fish... She's seen a lot of cat-astrophy and "curiosity killed the cat" moments, and seen many a secret that can't be told. A tanned skined girl with crimson eyes, short black hair, fluffy cat ears, two fluffy cat tails and an outfit consisting of reds, blacks; whites.
