2B's most striking features are the standard-issue blindfold that obscures her eyes. She stands at a height of 168 cm, including heels. Her hair is white, and is set in a short bob cut, and if not obscured by her blindfold, possesses blue-gray eyes. She has a beauty mark below the left side of her lips. She wears a high-slit black turtleneck dress which due to its nature, allows her to perform a wide arrange of moves to suit her combat style. Her dress has a high collar, and an open cleavage obscured by a lace-patterned fabric. It has puffed sleeves ending in mid-forearm in the form of crow feathers, which may signify death. Inside these sleeves seemingly are white fabric reaching down to dip sharply before her hands, which are covered with black gloves. Her dress also opens in the back, exposing 2B's shoulder blades down to the small space of her back.
