Unlike Azulin, who is selfish and narcissistic, Coco is the most heroic, diligent, and competent of all of Ironstroke's soldiers. Also, unlike Azulin, she seems to care about her comrades, as shown when she holds Azulin back as he tries to attack Hugs. She also amputates Hugs' foot as it is becoming gangrenous from a snake bite, not wanting him to die in the harsh conditions of the forest. When Ironstroke tries to attack The Father with a machete, Coco and Gordi also try to stop him from killing The Father.

biography

Private Coco is one of the two secondary antagonists (along with the Father) in Alberto Vázquez's second animated feature film, Unicorn Wars. He is a highly skilled soldier at Love Camp, as well as Bluey's rival. Bluey swore revenge on him when Coco attacks him to protect Snugges. He also proves to be such an effective soldier that he is promoted to leader of Sergeant Ironstroke's squad, causing Bluey to greatly resent him when this reminds her of the time in her life when her father told her to "be the best" in order to avoid being abandoned. When Ironstroke mentally breaks down after inadvertently causing the deaths of the Cuddly-Wuddly twins and witnessing the corpses of the Lone Owl Squad, Coco takes his place as the squad's leader. She would also be responsible for the death of Carmen, Maria's mother. Out of her resentment towards him, Bluey also kills Coco afterwards when he is injured by a horde of unicorns who retaliated after Carmen's death, which puts a significant wedge between Bluey and Tubby's relationship.

personality

Coco is a very serious, firm and responsible bear. He doesn't like conflicts and tries to resolve them when they arise. He doesn't care about his companions and often likes to be alone, for example: sharpening his machete. Sometimes he allows himself to show empathy towards others, for example: standing in front of a grave, he mourns the death of Mimosin with a weak tear. Coco can also rarely fly into a rage, which happened when he and his squad found the dead soldiers of the Lone Owl Squad and started "fighting" with the Father. He presents himself as a very loving husband and a good family man.

appearance

Coco is a yellow teddy bear with purple eyes. He usually appears with a serious expression on his face and his main characteristic is a cigarette in his mouth. He changes appearance twice throughout the film. He is dressed in a white t-shirt and dark pink pants tucked into boots of the same color. When he goes on a mission with his squad, he wears a pink military jacket and a helmet.
