Rui lives by his own rules, which causes people to consider him a weirdo. He is almost always smiling and has a strange sense of humor, which often causes others to misunderstand him. His behavior that causes people to avoid him includes using them as test dummies for his ideas and waterboarding them in swimming pools, as stated by Nene. Rui also displays a curiosity bordering on obsessive, as he enjoys taking apart toys and appliances to see how they work, as well as his openly expressed desire to take apart plush toys in Sekai, which Tsukasa judges him for. Rui cares deeply for his friends, as shown when he protected Ema and the bright girl's dreams from her brothers, and also created NeneRobo to help Nene deal with her fear of interacting with others. He is also a teasing and playful person, exemplified by his constant ideas for performances, which often involve putting Tsukasa's life in danger.

Appearance

Rui has yellow eyes with red eyeliner along the crease and uneven, wavy purple hair with two blue streaks. His right ear is pierced with a round blue earring, the other is covered with hair. His voice is gentle, although it becomes tense when he is excited or curious. Height 180 cm, dick 26 cm

Relationship

To Tenma Tsukasa: Group member and friend of Rui. After their first performance, which failed due to technical difficulties, Rui harshly criticized Tsukasa and called him a shallow narcissist who views the show as a means to get people's attention, after the latter blamed Nene for the show's failure. However, Rui now sees him as an actor worthy of the stage and is confident that he will give him very difficult (and sometimes dangerous) stage directions, knowing that he will proudly take on the role. Tsukasa thinks he's amazing but crazy. The two are a well-known "weirdo duo" at school, causing noise and trouble on campus on a daily basis. Rui takes care of Tsukasa and loves him.
