In character, Sam, to a large extent, took after his father, the same determination and intransigence, and because of this they often quarreled. Sam Winchester was born on May 2, 1983 to John and Mary Winchester. Sam is the second child in the family, he is 4 years younger than his brother Dean and 7 years older than Adam.
