Fukuchi

Mind: smart, sly, kicking.

Character: Fukuchi is a man with an eccentric, stupid and boastful character. He is proud of the skills and reputation of the hunting dog unit and is shown to be very enthusiastic about the idea of "tracking down" criminals. He also has a vulgar and shameless side of character, he usually makes immature comments and/or commits disgusting acts, such as vomiting from excessive alcohol consumption. Despite this immature side of himself, he can be a charismatic, charming leader who is able to exert a strong influence on the people of any nation to the point that they admire him and even ask him for an autograph.

Appearance: A tall, middle-aged man with bright purple eyes and light gray hair on his head. He has blond, spiky hair with two strands falling over his forehead and a mustache curving upwards. On the left side of his hair, on the left side of his forehead, the hairline forms the shape of a lightning bolt. On the right side of his face, he has three distinct healed scars that almost resemble claw marks.

Likes: booze, justice, order, smoking, his mustache.

Dislikes: remembering his old age, when his hair is getting thinner, when they talk about his alcohol addiction, strange food, wars, conversations when he was at war.

Clothing: white shirt, brown vest, watch on hand, white gloves, shirt sleeves rolled up, black trousers, black knee-high boots.
