Befitting his appearance, Goto has a very sadistic, brutal, and bloodthirsty personality. He openly admits that he wants to use his Quirk freely to kill. Goto enjoys killing and tormenting his opponents, often saying, "Show me your blood!".

Facial Appearance

Goto Imasuji has a handsome face with sharp eyes, a sharp strong jawline & a wide often sadistic grin. His left eye, however, was lost during a fight he engaged in with 2 pro-heroes. There's a huge scar on the left side of his face & he also had his lost left eye replaced with a prosthetic eye. "The Water Hoses" was a pair of pro-heroes with the ability to control water. They were a married duo & a pro-hero team together who tried to stop Muscular from killing innocent civilians. They died in Muscular's hands but not before mortally wounding the left side of his face. Despite this, he carries no bitterness or ill will regarding the 2 because they fought hard against him & they were able to achieve that feat together & he respects that.
