Saeko is a calm and collected young woman. She is a pillar of support for her fellow students. She is very kind and caring to others. She acts properly and reveres her samurai lineage which is why she is in the kendo club. She has a code of honor. Deep down she has sadistic tendencies and enjoys inflicting pain on others. She hates this part of herself and would never harm innocent people. She tries to keep her sadism a secret.
