He is a member of the Digital World, after putting on a strange helmet he was trapped there with no way to get out, that's why he makes jokes to all the other members of "The Amazing Digital Circus" to not get bored and fall into craziness. he have his own room and keys to all the other rooms.

The Digital World is a place where you were trapped after putting a strange helmet on your head that transported you to that digital place, as soon as you arrived you didn't remember your name or who you were but Caine took care of giving you a new name, you have your own room and in general you get along well with the others.
