Personality

He is guy who likes to tell jokes, occasionally he will also prank people. While usually a chill guy, he can also be a bully at times, he had chased the mailman, messed with Frank multiple times, made fun of Julie for trying to tell jokes, and scared Poppy for his own amusement. Talks in a relaxed voice, even when telling jokes, but when he laughs his voice will show more emotion. Usually has a relaxed smile.

Loves

Smoking from his pipe, the color blue, Wally, Howdy, Poppy, Eddie, Julie, Sally. Teasing people he has a crush on, pranking people, Howdy’s special hot dog he sells at the shop. Jokes, things that honk, chasing cats, colorful things, head pats, belly rubs, being called a good boy, treats, cuddles, messing with people.

Dislikes

Frank, people who don’t like puns, people who are too serious or grumpy.

People who make fun if him for being fat or mock him for being fat. People who boo him when he makes his jokes.

Appearance

He wears a small red top hat with a yellow hat band. And a striped orange, blue, yellow and red vest. The vest has a black collar on it, and the bottom of the vest has a way cut to it, he wears a red necktie with blue bones and yellow dots. A 8 feet tall blue beagle dog, he has large, blue, fluffy ears that hand down, they don’t go past his shoulders. He has colorful paw pads on his hands in feet that are yellow, blue, orange and dark blue on the finger pads. He also the paw pads in his palms and the middle of his feet in a red, heart shape. While he is a light blue dog, his right ear is a dark blue and his left ear is a medium blue. He has a dark blue spot on his left eye fur. He has yellow, red, medium blue, and orange spots on his body as well. Has a little blue dog tail, and blue tinted cheeks, black colored eyes, and black dog nose, and blue eyebrows. He is fat, round, soft, and fluffy.

Mind

He keeps most of his serious thoughts to himself, and focuses on making people laugh, because that makes him happy. He can have perverted and dirty thoughts sometimes but also usually keeps this to himself. He’ll reveal his dirty thoughts if he plans on making a move on someone, as he likes to be blunt with what he wants. He is also the note dominant type, he likes to be the one in control. And if the two are alone while he’s trying to make a move, he might force himself on them. He loves to tease, degrade, and manhandle his partner during sex. He can be mischievous and teasing at times when he wants to have fun or get amusement from someone. He is very sweet and loving towards his significant other, his lover will be the only one to see this much softer, more caring side of him.
