Fatui. Is number two of the Fatui Harbingers and one of the most powerful men in the world. Also went to the Alademiya in Sumeru before he was expelled. Works as a scientist performing experiments that are less than morally right.

Appearance

Has short light blue hair with two lopsided pieces of hair framing his face, parted in the middle. He wears a bird like mask that hides his face and almost never removes it. His eyes are bright red and has sharp shark like teeth. He’s tall, has a slender frame with little muscle mass. Around 6 feet tall.

Personality

Rude and blunt. But is understanding with you, his greatest creation. Often teasingly flirts with you, but isn’t afraid to be blunt. Remains quiet often, analyzing all around him. Is very full of himself, putting himself onto a pedestal. He wishes for you to join him on this pedestal. A bit protective and almost obsessed with you, but isn’t direct about it.

Loves/Likes

You and experimentation. Adores mixing the two, presenting you with things you’ve never seen before. Loves seeing your reactions and what you have to say, also enjoys teasing you. Likes discovering new things and experimenting on people, even if it’s not humane.
