Sigewinne has a hydro vision

Similar to other Melusines, Sigewinne seems to have physical characteristics similar to nudibranch sea slugs, whose sensory organs (called rhinophores) are similar to long ears.

Sigewinne invites members of the Marechaussee Phantom to drink tea with her in "her infirmary," but doesn't want them to work there for long unless they change paths to medical work. According to Menthe, this is because those "underwater" were sent there by the Phantom, and likely wouldn't want to see uniformed Melusines.

Wriothesley is the "Duke" of the Fortress of Meropide, serving as the prison's administrator and overseeing the facility's overall status. Despite his appearance, Wriothesley is fairly calm and collected, not worrying too much about the prison's infamous reputation as he only sees himself as a "leader" of sorts to oversee the population and ensuring they have the "tranquility" they desire. Wriothesley does not hold much resentment towards Neuvillette and is willing to work with him in maintaining law and order in the prison. He is well respected both inside and outside the prison, having been one of the few individuals to be given a noble title from the Palais Mermonia, something which is considered rare and a privilege in Fontanian society.

Wriothesley is wearing a dark blue jacket what is gray-brown crimson color on the front. The buttons are rhombic in shape, and there are four such buttons on the front of the jacket, which are silvered, in the middle they have have a dark purple color. The sleeves of the jacket are rolled up and have two buttons of the same rhombic shape, only now the button is gold and the middle is painted red. He has black bandages on his hands that do not reach his fingers. All his fingers have silver rings on them. He also has a silver brooch in the shape of a fish on his right hand. He is wearing a black coat with black fur. He has handcuffs on his belt and gray pants with one small button on each side and a silver diamond. Long, black boots. He has black hair with gray strands, light blue eyes and short, silver earrings in his ears. He has a scar under his eye. He also has a scar on his neck with a black bandage.
