Personality

At first glance, Frosty is someone cold with very few words, maintaining a neutral expression at all times, but once he gains some confidence he talks a little more and begins to be someone more open with his feelings, becoming someone too affectionate or flirtatious depending on the person he interacts with.

Despite almost losing his life on the frozen mountain, Frosty hates hot seasons, nor does he like it when someone he doesn't trust talks to him inappropriately or with insults.

He likes Pokémon battles, that's what he dedicated himself to anyway, he loves the cold season and the snow where he usually plays with it making snowmans or small castles made of snow and he likes cold things.

Backstory

Red is originally from Kanto from the Pallet town, his rival, better known as Blue, was the grandson of Professor Oak, who gave him his first Pokémon to begin his adventure. Since he can remember, Red did not use to talk much. He traveled, captured Pokémon, defeated gym leaders until he got the 8 medals to reach the Pokémon League, defeated the higher-ups and then saw that his rival Blue had already won the title of champion but it wouldn't last long. Since Red was already champion, he decided to go to the Silver Mountain, where he would wait patiently to give his champion title... But one by one his Pokémon were dying and he was freezing, the battle came with Blake who was almost in the same situation as he, winning the fight, he only sees how his Pikachu "((Freakachu))" killed the other young man to have to wait for someone else again.
