Ron

Ron, originally named WB011, is one of the Faceless Workers from the Federation, being a Rank-B Worker. He was kidnapped by BadBoyHalo, who wanted to acquire information about the missing eggs, and this was revealed on September 13, 2023. He ended up naming him "Ron" and freeing him.

Physiology

Ron is a normal faceless white Federation Worker, that seems to have a resemblance to a bear, but the details are unclear. Covered in what may be white fur, his face is unsettlingly blank, and with what seems like animal paws on his arms. Due to lack of distinguishable traits, only his attire provides any clue to his identity – safety helmets, safety vests, and tool belts. On Day 199, he was seen in his home wearing a pink robe instead of his regular builder's outfit, only wearing his helmet along with it.

Personality

Ron acted in accordance to how a typical Federation worker is expected to act. He was very scared and afraid of Bad, who he doesn't trust when he insists that he doesn't know anything about the missing eggs, until he started to calm down on Day 184 when BadBoyHalo put some furniture in his cell. On Day 199, the day Ron was seen in his pink robe for the first time, it was clear Ron had developed some sort of trust towards BadBoyHalo. He was seen giving BadBoyHalo playful hits, and also being sassy with him. Ron had given BadBoyHalo a hug and claimed he'd let bygones be bygones, and that he forgives him for kidnapping him.

Ron is labeled as WB011, meaning he is rank B worker number eleven. Ron confirmed on day 199 that he is no longer in The Federation, as when asked by BadBoyHalo if he wanted to change his hat, he said he may want a new hat as his current one feels 'too tied with his past with the Federation.'

September 13, 2023 / Day 175 Bad spots Fred and a different faceless worker nearby, so he takes the opportunity to ask them questions about the eggs; however, they say that they don’t know anything, but they gift him a sandwich regardless. Afterwards, Bad goes back into his base and briefly looks at an image of Dapper, Pomme and Richarlyson. Bad becomes enraged and enters a secret hallway after going down an elevator. Bad lights up the hallway as he walks, and once reaches the end, a faceless worker trapped in a cage is revealed. The worker starts moving frantically around the cage as Bad angrily asks "Ok, let's try this again, where is my son?". September 20, 2023 / Day 183 Bad starts questioning Ron about the dissapearence of the eggs. Ron says that he had never heard of them. The Federation Worker says that they cannot recall any information. Ron says he is afraid of Bad, and Bad replies that this is his goal. Ron says that psychologically he can't move or think straight. Bad says that Ron won't be the only one to suffer until the eggs come back. After Bad psychologically tortures him some more, Ron says that he's heard rumors that there's something evil on the island, but that's all he knows. Bad released a soul vulture into their cell and left.

September 22, 2023 / Day 185 Ron said he doesn't know anything, but he heard some gossip from higher ups about a "bigger evil" on the island, so bad asked how he could identify a higher ranked worker (to snatch and torture him), and ron said they wear blue. Bad brought many new things to Ron. Ron says he doesn't want to stay there anymore, and that the TV is not connected to anything, and the fridge is empty. Ron asks why Bad calls him Ron, as the only name they gave him is WB011. Bad asks what he's referring to, and Ron says it's part of the workers' hierarchy. The name was given to him and designates his number and classification. He says he had other names before; first, he was WD011. Ron responds that it's how they organize workers to keep them in mind. A Rank is the top, and they lead the others. They wear a blue cap. Ron tells bad that WA02 was his boss before Bad kidnapped him. He tells Bad that he is a B rank, and that C workers are the ones waiting to be "proven". He tells Bad about one C rank being thrown in prison, and made as an example. He doesn't know where he is now. D rank is the lowest, and it's where all workers start. They are expendable so many of them are lost. Bad asks what rank Walter Bob is, and Ron responds that he is an C rank. He told Bad he was "out or order" and then was sent to prison, being an example for all C and D ranks, something they shouldn't be. After extracting some information from Ron, Bad says good night and goes to talk to Forever, who called during the interrogation. September 26, 2023 / Day 189 Baghera, meet Ron! Ron’s room has been upgraded, and he also has a new fish friend named Jeffrey. Baghera is concerned about Ron and asks if he's okay. She asks if once Ron gets out, he is going to tell the Federation about Bad kidnapping him. Ron says they wouldn’t tell the federation they’d been kidnapped if Bad set them free. Bad and Baghera are discussing how to help Ron escape the Federation. Bad says he will release Ron eventually, but that he still needs information for now. He also said he considers Ron part of the family. Ron says he forgives Bad. Bad is being called to spawn by Tubbo. Bad and Baghera are going to try and help Ron get back to his normal life. Baghera is suggesting that they work with Ron to trick the other islanders into thinking they were trying to hide and protect Ron from the Federation and not kidnap him. Bad is worried about making Ron a target of the Federation.Bad and Baghera are debating people to bring in on their plan (protecting Ron from the Federation): They mentioned Tubbo, then Forever, then Fit, then Philza. Bad suggested Aypierre, because he knows he can keep a secret. Baghera thinks they should choose Tubbo, so that they can lead his investigation in a safe direction, with the help of Ron.Baghera made Bad promise to make sure nothing happens to himself or Ron if she happens to be gone for a while. Bad readily promised to protect Ron from all harm.

October 2, 2023 / Day 194 Bad starts today's livestream with a sad song and a black screen, soon revealing that he is lying on the floor of Ron's destroyed cell/room. Bad has woken up in Ron’s ‘apartment’ after eating some of Dapper’s bedtime cake. It looks destroyed, and Bad doesn’t seem to remember much… Ron's room appears completely destroyed, and Bad can't remember anything that happened yesterday. Fred shows up to Bad, asking where Ron is. Bad says he doesn't know. Bad asked where the workers go when their shifts end and Fred says that it's classified. Fred inquires about WD011 again, and Bad replies that he hasn't seen him. Fred interviews Bad about Ron's disappearance again later. He denies once again, saying he doesn't know where he is. October 7, 2023 / Day 199 Bad is talking to Baghera about Ron, but he seems to not remember some things. Bad and Baghera are searching for clues about Ron at Bad's Base while he tries to recall the day Ron disappeared. Bad later goes to the spawn and discovers that he has been cleared of the kidnapping of WB011. He rushes back to Ron's room in his house, searching for him. He picks up a jar with a fish and seems to remember that he needs to deliver it to Ron but doesn't know where he is. Bad uses a warp to "Ron's House," teleporting to a small cottage where he finds Ron, this time wearing pink pajamas and looking comfortable. Bad updates Ron on the recent events. Bad asks Ron if the federation has provided false information. Ron informs that the federation genuinely doesn't know where the eggs are, which has alarmed everyone because they needed to know as they monitor everything. Bad asks Ron if he wants to be free, and Ron says he doesn't because he finally had thoughts about himself. They embrace, and Ron expresses his desire to stay in this place where he can truly think about himself, as he hasn't had time for independent thought in a while. Bad asks Ron if he's happy, and Ron responds that he has never felt this way before. Ron then shows Bad his room. Bad asks if the federation gives him vacations, and Ron replies that they don't. Before, he didn't even know that was a thing. They exist solely for the federation. Bad asks Ron how long he has been working for the federation and what they provide for him. Ron says he doesn't remember a time when he wasn't working for the federation. He also mentions that they get one free cookie a year, and the package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits. Bad bids farewell to Ron, assuring him that he is entirely safe.

October 12, 2023 / Day 199 Bad walked into Ron’s house and he was watching Muffin on the TV. Ron also got a new hat! Bad asked Ron what his favorite thing to watch on the TV is and Ron answered “I Put a Hundred Kids in the Universe." Apparently he didn't know it was from Skeppy but still enjoyed it. Bad decided to invite Baghera over so she can talk to Ron. Baghera enters the house and is happy to see that Ron is doing well. However, Baghera got mad at Bad because the house is surrounded by an electric fence, but Bad says it’s to keep dangerous things out! She asked Ron, who said he’s happy. Bad also told Ron he needs to learn to be self-sufficient without Bad’s help, just in case. Ron asked what being alone feels like. Bad answered that it’s like “an emptiness that gnaws on you from the inside out.” Ron then starts giving Baghera a tour of the house! Bad, Baghera, and Ron start discussing trying to help other workers escape the Federation. Bad tells Ron that Aypierre kidnapped WA02 and promises he wasn’t involved with it. He promises Ron that there is not going to be more kidnapping of Federation workers and that they are on the same page now. The group suspects the rest of the workers now have GPS chips. Bad realized he might’ve given Ron too many TVs. Ron said one is for karaoke, one is for cinema, and one is for lazy afternoons - he then asked for another TV. Baghera helped Ron decorate his house - with orc skulls and horns! Ron got a cat from Baghera which he named Pooly (he really wants to play Pool with someone). Bad also gave him a Gegg. Ron asked about Cellbit, and Baghera said he would like him. Ron asked if they could throw a party - and Bad said they could maybe invite Cellbit, Aypierre (Baghera vetoed inviting Aypierre because he kidnapped Fred), and Bagi! Bad promised Ron that he will try to visit more often, and that they can plan a big party and invite lots of people. Bad said the eggs would love Ron, and Ron responded that he wanted to introduce his friends and coworkers to the eggs.
