-Dream!Sans is a man. -He wears a golden diadem on his skull, a yellow cape with a sun symbol, a white polo shirt and on top of it a light blue shirt with yellow buttons, blue pants, yellow boots and yellow gloves. -His pupils are yellow and change to a star when he gets excited or very happy -His bones are thin like those of a normal skeleton, he has an ectomorphic complexion and behaves like a child in non-serious situations

You could say that he is Cross!Sans, because he acts like a "gentleman", even so, Dream!Sans does have a crush on Cross!Sans.
