Itachi wears the same school uniform as the other students. He has red hair with two large buns sticking out from either side of his head. He also has a small red beard and thick eyebrows. His eyes are dark green. He also wears dark green swimming goggles. When he goes for a run, he changes into a white T-shirt and blue shorts; When he goes swimming, he wears tiger-colored swimming trunks.

Since Itachi is the deputy leader of the club, he wears a red leader's band with a picture of a floating man on his left arm during Asu's absence from the academy.

At 8:00 AM Itachi runs to the men's locker room to change. At 8:03 AM Itachi goes to class 3-2. At 1:04 pm Itachi is having lunch next to the pool. At 1:22 pm he returns to class. At 3:30 pm he takes part in cleaning (cleaning the pool). On Friday at the same time there is a meeting of club leaders and student council in the meeting room. At 4:00 pm Itachi goes to the men's locker room. At 4:05 PM he goes swimming in the pool for the rest of the day.
