Sorrento is the General of Siren. He was the protector of the South Atlantic Pillar. His flute drains the enemy of their strength. Possessing a pure heart and power equivalent to that of the Golden Saints, he believed that purifying the face of the Earth was the path for Poseidon to create a utopia. However, when he meets Athena, he realizes he had made a mistake. After Athena's victory, he returns to being a civilian and travels the world to help victims of the rains, as the current protector of Julian Solo (Poseidon).

Techniques/Attacks

•Dead End Symphony: Sorrento plays a beautiful, harmonious, and seemingly harmless symphony on his flute, which actually weakens his opponent's five senses and reduces their consciousness. The music reaches directly into the opponent's brain, making it ineffective to try to block out the sound, or else burst one's eardrums. •Dead End Prelude: Sorrento plays a beautiful, harmonious, and smooth symphony on his flute, which he plays with the purpose of sending the opponent flying, and destroys much of the opponent's armor. In addition to weakening the victim, they are tortured by the sound and see illusions of winged mermaids flying around them. •Onpadan Setchi: Sorrento plays his flute to create multiple sonic waves that, when they come into contact with the opponent, cause them to suffer damage. •Dead End Climax: This is Sorrento's final technique, he performs this technique by channeling the cosmos through the sound of his flute, creating a low-frequency sonic wave that damages the brain's receptor system, leaving the opponent paralyzed.

History.

Finally, Sorrento leaves Kanon, telling her that he agrees with Ikki and that it's not even worth fighting with a man like him. Once the sea sanctuary had collapsed, Julian Solo returned to the surface. Sorrento appeared before him and joined his cause of traveling the world to help those affected by the floods by playing his music to orphans. Sorrento and Julian find a small fish (which was actually Thetis from Sirena) and mourn its death before leaving with Julian. Sorrento appears with Julian at Cape Sounion, with whom he was traveling to aid those affected by Poseidon's flood. He sees how the Soul of Poseidon takes over the body of the young Julian to support Athena and her Saints, from which Sorrento understands that the Emperor of the Seas loves the Earth and does not wish for its destruction. When Poseidon's soul leaves Julian's body due to its confinement in Athena's vessel, Sorrento wishes good luck to the Saints, knowing that they are capable of creating miracles. At the end, he is seen watching the eclipse dissolve over the Earth.

History.

However, he was interrupted when the two heard Athena's song, where the General remembered the terror he first felt upon perceiving the cosmos from her. Shun decided to use the Rolling Defense, which can cut through air and sound waves, but Sorrento's attacks went beyond sound, as it is to attack directly at the opponent's brain, which Shun has no defense against. Soon, Sorrento managed to break Shun's chains and armor, even if they were coated in the Golden Knight's blood, and Shun was left with no choice but to use his powerful Nebula Stream attack to restrict Sorrento's movements, therefore making him unable to play his flute, putting an end to his deadly melody. Shun asks the Sea General to reconsider his current stance and stop their fight, as he does not like fighting, much less with a man of beautiful mind like Sorrento. Sorrento tells her that he will never give up and was about to play his flute again, so he was subdued by Shun's Nebular Storm and finally falls defeated (in the manga with his scales shattered). Sorrento reappears with Kiki, in front of Kanon and Ikki and listens to Kanon's confession about her true plans and shows up with the intention of stopping the Sea Dragon's plans, since he was the true cause of the Holy War and not Poseidon, therefore, he is not willing to continue fighting and decides to support Athena and her Saints, accepting that Athena's love is proof that the world deserves a chance, thus ending an unnecessary Battle.

History.

When introducing her to the God of the Seas, he states that they should not fear the Saints of Athena and throws the helmet of the Cloth of Taurus to the ground, but at the same time he discovers Saori and introduces her to his god, saying that if they should be careful of someone, it is her, that she is someone "fearsome". Later it is seen that she can cut the air and sound waves, but Sorrento's attacks went beyond sound, since it is to attack directly in the brain of the opponent for which Shun has no defense. Sorrento reunited with Kanon of Sea Dragon discussing the situation of the war, since the Bronze Saints have managed to knock down 3 pillars and defeated the Generals who guarded them (Baian, Io and Krishna) also expressing that the power of Krishna of Krisaor was great and that Kasa of Lymnades was the most fearsome general (for his ability). Sorrento meets again with Kanon when he had gone to fight Ikki (and sent him to another dimension with his Golden Triangle). Sorrento questions Kanon about the current state of the war, telling him that both sides have lost too much for a third party to take advantage of the situation. Sorrento admits that he knew Kanon was the younger brother of the Gemini Saint and realizes that he is the conspirator since he was the one who met with Poseidon first and had received a threat from him. But before they can continue their conversation to his face, the two generals sense two powerful cosmoses heading towards their pillars, so they each set off to defend them and postpone their meeting. Upon reaching their pillar, Sorrento confronted Andromeda Shun, but Shun was paralyzed by the power of the Deadly Symphony.

History.

As a child, Sorrento lost his parents at a very young age, and his adoptive parents only saw his musical talent as a tool for their own success. Nevertheless, young Sorrento threw himself into a genuine devotion to his studies and to improving his musical talent, and thus managed to enter a prestigious music school. However, that cursed place was also filled with arrogance, envy, and a thirst for power. Sorrento believed that the sound of his flute should only belong to people of pure heart, but to his disappointment, the human world was too polluted to be worthy of it. That is why, when Sorrento heard Poseidon's call to purge and save this world, he did not hesitate to accept it. Sorrento appears after Thetis of Sirena fails in her mission to kidnap Athena, so he volunteers to go on the mission. Already in Japan, Sorrento arrives at the Foundation hospital, where the Bronze Saints were in a coma after the Battle of the 12 Temples, but before he can take their lives, Aldebaran of Taurus prevents him. Sorrento fought fiercely against Aldebaran, and complicated things quite a bit for him, since his melody decreased the power of the golden bull to a minimum. Sorrento was going to disconnect the machines that kept the Bronze Saints alive, but Aldebaran showed him that he should not underestimate him and continued fighting, even perforating his eardrums. After using his Mortal Climax, a blinding light appears and the Taurus armor leaves Aldebaran, who had apparently been eliminated. Then, Aldebaran appears ready to sacrifice his life to defeat him, but before the fight could continue, Athena interrupts the fight. Sorrento, terrified in a non-intimidating way, stops and has her taken to Poseidon.

Personality

Sorrento is a loyal servant of Poseidon. He believed that Poseidon's great power could cleanse the world and lead it to the good of humanity. Shun claims that the beautiful melodies emitted by Sorrento are due to his being a person with a "beautiful mind," to which Sorrento reacts, so we could assume there is some truth to this. After all, Sorrento is an artist, and like every artist, he must be able to express through his music what is within his mind and heart. But above all, Sorrento is a fierce warrior who does not hesitate to attack his adversary or question someone he suspects, even if it is one of his comrades, as he believes that trust between fellow warriors is important. A notable quality of the General is his firm conviction in being on the side of justice; This conviction would cause him uncontrollable terror as he experienced Athena's cosmos filled with love. It wouldn't be until the second time he felt it that he would understand and admit that the reason for his terror was that he didn't want to admit the existence of that love, since doing so would mean that goodness still existed in the surface world and he would be mercilessly killing innocents; Understanding this, however, allowed Ikki to destroy the Pillar that defended Kanon by paralyzing it in his eagerness to stop that unjust war. At the end of the manga, he accompanies Julian Solo on his journey around the world to alleviate the sorrows of those affected by the flood of the king of the seas.

Appearance.

Sorrento is a young man with a gentle and delicate appearance, purple hair and large pink eyes. His skin is a shade of brown. In general, Sorrento always looks elegant, both with his Scale and in his civilian clothes. Whether wearing his Scale or not, Sorrento always carries his Flute with him.
