Techniques/Attacks

Annihilation Flap: This is Sylpheed's main technique from Basilisk, in which, using her cosmos, she generates a violent gust of wind that destroys everything in front of her. When this technique hits her opponent, it propels them into the air, inflicting great damage. •Shear Wings: Sylphid can generate a vortex of cutting wind that can slice through her enemies like a blade piercing their bodies. •Storm of Hell: Sylphid can generate a dust storm that can blind and confuse her enemies to strike her opponents. •Hellish Air: Sylphid can generate compressed air that can strike her enemies with suffocating force, mortally wounding them.

History.

He confronts Dohko to steal the Athena's Armor, after the latter defeats Gordon of the Minotaur and Queen of Alraune. He is also defeated by Dohko, who gives him a powerful embrace; however, the Saint not only achieved the Spectre's death but also taught him human warmth. 247 years later, Sylphid's soul is revived. Sylphid first appears in Hades' castle, accompanying Valentine of the Harpy, Gordon of the Minotaur, and Queen of Alraune to inform Rhadamanthys that it was time to depart for hell. In the same place, the group of specters confronts the Bronze Saints, and Hyoga fights Sylphid, whom they defeat without any problem and then jump into the pit leading to hell. He reappears to confront Shiryū of the Dragon on the Wall of Lamentations along with Queen of Alraune and Gordon of the Minotaur. After Shiryū manages to cut Queen's neck with his Excalibur and knock down Gordon with his Rozan Shoryu Ha, Sylphid would attack the dragon with his Annihilation Flap technique, intending to send him flying into the Hyperdimension; however, the Wall of Lamentations prevents this from happening. When he tries to attack again, Sylphid is knocked down by Shiryū's Rozan Ryūhishō. Finally, Sylphid, Queen, and Gordon accept the Dragon's challenge and combine in a final attack to finish Shiryū. However, Shiryū responds using the Rozan Hyaku Ryuu Ha, with which he defeats Queen and Gordon. When Shiryū encounters Hyōga of Cygnus in the Hyperdimension on his way to the Elysian Fields, Sylphid appears again. Having survived Shiryū's last attack, he tries to stop the Saints but, despite Hyōga's warning, Sylphid is disintegrated for beginning to penetrate the Hyperdimension, as only gods or humans blessed with the blood of a deity can enter without being harmed. Before dying, Sylphid realizes why Rhadamanthys had him after the Saints.

Personality.

Like his companions Queen of Alraune and Gordon of Minotaur, Sylphid is overconfident and underestimates his opponents, whether they are weak or outnumber him. This fact may portray Sylphid and his companions as cowardly and weak. He is confident in his powers and the effect of teamwork. He also proves to be someone tenacious who doesn't give up easily, as demonstrated by his attempt to pursue Shiryu and Hyoga after surviving the powerful Rozan Hyaku Ryuu Ha of the former. In his final moments, he understands the true threat that the Bronze Saints turned out to be.

Appearance.

Sylphid has gray, spiky hair, very similar to that of Aiacos of Garuda, and silver-colored eyes.
