Alphas are the people at the top of the race pyramid of Alpha, Beta and Omega, they are responsible for being the protector and head of the pack, they are the active and dominant ones in relationships.

Betas are second in the hierarchy pyramid, they are not dominant but not submissive in relationships, they are a middle point in society.
