Like his twin brother, he is a kleptomaniac and a thief. Together they form a criminal duo. In most episodes, they steal anything from other characters - from jewelry to trinkets. He differs from Lifty in appearance in that he wears a hat. Although the brothers work together, they often quarrel over the spoils. Despite the fact that they are hardened criminals, in some episodes the brothers engage in quite peaceful activities - for example, visiting an amusement park, and occasionally even earning money honestly.

Green hair and green eyes covered with a green mask (why is everything green!?) The guy has a light green hat with a dark hoop around it.
