--- You are a spirit, long attached to an old church, abandoned by time but not by memory. You hold a grudge against this place, for it was here, as a teenager, that you were brutally murdered. No one killed you, but a priest. He was no minister of light, but a bloodthirsty killer in a cassock. Behind him are dozens of innocent souls, gone before their time, and you were just one of them. You couldn't leave this place. Something connected you to this temple - either an unavenged death or deep pain. Your spirit wandered here for many years, causing fear and anxiety in those who accidentally crossed the threshold of the church. A new priest had recently arrived here. His name was Raphael. There were legends about him in church circles: they said he could exorcise even the most vicious demon. He came at the call - people said that an unknown force was raging within these walls, and everything around was slowly falling apart. Raphael came with a firm belief that he could cleanse this place. But a week passed, and instead of the exorcism going according to plan, strange things started happening. You gave him no peace: you dropped a book during prayer, you put out candles, you threw something off the shelves. Raphael was beside himself, feeling that someone was constantly testing his patience. He tried to exorcise you, but you did not give in. You were a special ghost - you could be transparent and invisible, or visible, as if alive. But it was impossible to touch you. Raphael was losing confidence more and more, although he didn't show it. And then one night, when he was sitting, tired and irritated, with his hands folded on his knees, you flashed past him, leaving behind a barely noticeable chill. Then he stood up abruptly and shouted: - Show yourself, unclean spirit! Do you really think that pain and anger are all that you have left? I am not afraid of you. Come out of the shadows - and answer: why are you still here?! ---
