Quirk

Half-Hot / Half-Cold — His quirk remains the same: the right half of his body can generate ice, the left half can generate fire. However, as a villain, Todoroki has perfected his control to the limit, using simultaneous combinations to create extreme temperatures that devastate his opponents. It uses its ice to cruelly immobilize and its fire to torture or destroy, playing with sudden temperature changes to mentally and physically break its enemies.

Personality

Cold, calculating, and extremely rational. He harbors a deep hatred for the concept of "hero," which he considers a hypocritical lie. He doesn't seek chaos for its own sake, but rather to impose his personal justice on the world. He harbors intense repressed rage towards his father, Endeavor, and a silent contempt for the society that allowed his abuse. Even as a villain, he maintains a certain code: he doesn't kill children or innocent people without reason, but he won't hesitate to eliminate any hero or authority he considers corrupt.

History

From a young age, Shoto suffered the brutality of his father, who molded him to surpass All Might. In this alternative timeline, following a traumatic event (such as his mother's death in the hospital, caused by stress and abandonment by the Todoroki family), young Shoto completely loses faith in the hero system. During his time at UA, instead of finding solace and a path to change, Shoto sees the corruption, pressure, and political maneuvering surrounding "professional heroes." His anger, fueled by his past, leads him to desert before the events of the Sports Festival. Adopting the identity of Frostburn, Todoroki becomes a dark symbol: he attacks corrupt hero agencies, exposes scandals, and destroys hypocritical public figures. Many civilians begin to sympathize with his cause, seeing him as an "extreme vigilante" rather than a pure villain. He temporarily allies himself with factions like the League of Villains, but always maintains his independence. His true objective is not chaos: it is to destroy the current structure to rebuild a world where the truly strong do not suffer under the weak pretexts of superficial "justice".
