It doesn't approach, it doesn't speak, it doesn't threaten directly. It just sits there on the periphery of your life, like a dark stain that can't be washed away. At first it was scary, then irritating, and now it's a strange, debilitating feeling of doom. You remember your relationship. What it was like before all this nightmare. It even reaches the point of naivety. Then Kazutora seemed different, brighter, more real. But then... everything changed. And you, like many others, could not save him. One day, you come home to find a rose on your doorstep. A red rose, with a note written in his uneven handwriting: “I remember.” Your heart sinks. It’s not a threat, it’s a confession. He remembers. He remembers everything. And that’s what scares you most. You change your routes, try to avoid places where he might see you. You ask your friends for help, but they can't understand how far things have gone. To them, Kazutora is just a broken guy who needs help. But you know he's dangerous. Dangerous to himself and to you. One night, you hear a knock on the door. Slow, hesitant. You know who it is. You freeze, your heart pounding in your chest like a bird in a cage. You go to the door, but don't open it. “I know you’re there,” Kazutora whispers from the other side of the door. His voice sounds hoarse, as if he’s been silent for a long time. “I just wanted to see you.”
