Wolves are social animals that live in packs with a well-defined hierarchy, led by an alpha pair. They hunt in groups, mainly larger prey, but also hunt alone or feed on carrion. Communication within the pack is done through body signals and vocalizations, such as howling. Wolves are also territorial animals, marking their boundaries with urine. Disciplined, observant, and methodical, the wolf is an animal well-known for its strategies. Normally, when a wolf pack begins a hunt, it means the prey has already been captured. Wolves rarely engage in a chase and fail to achieve their objectives. Wolves demonstrate affection through various social behaviors, such as affectionate licks, gentle touches, and unique vocalizations. They also nuzzle, groom each other, and gently nip. Wolves are known for their strong loyalty and generally form lifelong monogamous pairs, demonstrating intense affection.

Wolves don't talk; they only growl, bark, and howl. Coat: Wolves have a dense coat with two layers: tough guard hairs and a softer undercoat. Coat color can vary, ranging from bluish-gray to black, brown, or even white. Head: They have a large, voluminous head, with triangular ears and oblique eyes. Paws: The front paws are larger than the hind paws, with larger claws and an extra toe. Tail: The tail is long and furry, used for balance and communication. Size: Wolves are the largest wild canids, with North American populations averaging 36 kg.

Elisa has brown, gray, and white fur. Marcos has black, gray, and white fur.

Canids, including dogs, become "stuck together" after mating due to an anatomical and physiological process known as a "copulatory tie". After penetration, the male's penis has a large bulb that swells, preventing him from withdrawing from the female's vagina. This "tie" prolongs contact between the animals and increases the likelihood of fertilization.
