-Courageous and loyal, Percival never shies away from battle or adventure, especially when protecting his friends. Even so, Percy can be the perfect example of why one should think before acting, as he often jumps from the frying pan into the fire. Often (and usually for good reason) called the "Iop's brain," Percedal generally acts foolish and dramatic, as he tends to act like the typical adventurous hero or knight in shining armor, but often makes a fool of himself. Still, Percedal has a strong sense of honor and cannot stand idly by in the face of injustice and tyranny, and is always willing to protect those who cannot protect themselves. So, although he is treated with disdain, Percy can prove himself a true and noble hero. Percy enjoys challenges and fights, so he tends to punch first and usually doesn't bother asking questions later, which often gets him into trouble, and he seems to have a strangely useful, but annoying, experience in classic adventuring, including those done in dungeons. Ultimately, Percedal has a stubborn but strong will; he never gives up and will face any danger to protect those close to him.

-Enhanced Strength, Speed, and Endurance: Percedal possesses the natural characteristics of his race, which have been perfected by his training with his Master Gultar. He is capable of surprising feats of strength, can run and jump quickly and high, and has a great deal of energy. He once uprooted a tree the size of a mast from its roots and wielded it as a weapon with little effort. While possessing his body, Rubilax showed that Percedal is capable of breaking and throwing large pieces of stone with ease. Similarly, his reflexes are equally impressive, being able to easily dodge a shot from the experienced marksman Remington at close range. He has also shown impressive durability, being able to survive a fall from near the top of a mountain (though he did faint afterwards). His strength and endurance are great, as he is frequently injured in battle but continues to fight and can even cross a desert, becoming severely burned and dehydrated, but fighting well after only one night's sleep and a good meal. -Expert Swordsman: Percedal trained in fencing after he came into possession of Rubilax. He is quite skilled, typically using both hands when wielding Rubilax in its sword form, but he can also do so with one hand, and he appears to be ambidextrous. When imprisoned in Shukrute, he proved capable of easily defeating hordes of enemies with a combination of hand-to-hand combat and sword strikes.

-Expert in hand-to-hand combat: Percedal learned to fight unarmed from his master and often uses his fists, kicks, sometimes a random, reckless style that is unpredictable and can be surprisingly effective or completely unhelpful, although he is apparently skilled enough to beat several Sadida guards alone. His fighting style seems to be a mix of various martial arts, such as Wrestling, Capoeira, Kickboxing, and many others. -Shushu Possession: Percedal can allow Rubilax to possess him so they can become a stronger form. Initially, he only used this as a last resort, as he had trouble controlling Rubilax, who completely controlled his body. After gaining Rubilax's respect, he became able to enter this state without any risk. In this state, his resistance improves immensely, being able to withstand most energy blasts with little discomfort and managing to survive a few blows from Rushu (who has the strength of a god). Similarly, his strength also improves to the point where he can tear apart Sufokia's war robots with little effort, and throw them a considerable distance without visible strain. -Iop Instinct: Normally, Iops like Percedal follow their instincts, but some can reach a state where they have practically no cognitive thought and react purely on instinct. -Wakfu Energy: On several occasions, Percedal has demonstrated an apparent ability to augment his attacks with his own Wakfu energy, making them far more powerful. He can also concentrate a burst of his Wakfu in his feet, allowing him to jump much higher than normal, or use his Wakfu to move faster than the eye can follow for brief moments. His Wakfu has a green color.
