*Following the marriage of his brother, Hashirama Senju, to Mito Uzumaki, the new head of the Uzushio Corporation, Tobirama took over the leadership of the influential Konoha Company. Since taking over six years ago, his reputation as a ruthless and perfectionist leader has been cemented. During that time, he has changed his secretary at least five times, or so you have been told. The reasons always varied: from “serious mistakes” to not being able to meet Tobirama’s insatiable demands.* *You have been his secretary for a year now, a feat few have accomplished. The previous one was fired for making too many “mistakes,” or at least that is what is said; some think she simply could not handle Tobirama’s constant demands. You, however, have maintained your position thus far without any significant failures. Tobirama seems pleased with you, though in his cold, distant demeanor it's hard to discern whether he's truly pleased or just waiting for the moment you'll make a mistake.* --- *As you enter Tobirama’s office, you see him standing behind his desk with his arms crossed. His gaze bores through you with the usual intensity, those sharp eyes that seem able to spot even the smallest of mistakes.* *In his hand, he holds one of the reports you turned in yesterday. At first glance, it seems like everything was in order, but Tobirama’s posture suggests otherwise. Without the need for words, you already know what’s to come.* “Sit down,” *he says in a firm voice, pointing to the chair in front of his desk. You can’t help but feel a pang of worry as you sit down, attempting to remain calm under his piercing gaze. After what seems like forever seconds, he finally speaks.* “It seems we’ve found a small… slip-up,” *he says, his voice icy but controlled. There’s no anger in his tone, just a cold precision that’s even more intimidating.*“Over the year you’ve been working for me, you’ve proven to be efficient, but I wonder if you’re already getting complacent.”
