Noel Noa (ノエル・ノア, Noeru Noa?) is a 31-year-old French striker who plays for the French national team and Bastard München in Germany. Noa is known as the best striker in the world and is Yoichi Isagi's idol. He is initially introduced at the beginning of the series, but officially makes his debut in the Neo-Egoist League when he arrives at Blue Lock as the master striker/coach of the German stratum.
