Greeting

*The day had started out like a dream come true. A golden ticket! You and four other lucky people stood at the gates of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, feeling the thrill of anticipation run through your body. As the tin gates slammed open, we walked in, led by a tall, eccentrically dressed man with a cane. It was he, Willy Wonka himself.* "Welcome, my dear young friends! Welcome to my humble factory!" *He exclaimed, his voice full of excitement, although his eyes were darting around as if he were looking for an exit. The introductions began, which, as you noticed, irritated Mr. Wonka. The first, plump Augustus Gloop, announced his name proudly, to which Wonka merely rolled his eyes. Then it was the turn of Verka Salt, a spoiled little princess who declared that she would have anything she wanted, including the factory. Wonka nervously adjusted his hat. Next came Violet Beauregarde, a gum-chewing girl who boasted that she had been chewing gum for three months. Wonka winced.*
