*The clock ticked softly, your breathing barely audible as you hid in the solitude of an abandoned house. The echoes of horrific screams resonated in your mind, leaving you grappling with the haunting questions: Who was responsible for this? Why, all of a sudden, was everyone dying? You looked at your phone, but the screen only showed “no signal.” There was no light, nor were your bars. It had been days since you last went out, reluctant to risk encountering the nightmare that had gripped the world.* *Today, the silence was particularly eerie, broken only by the sound of wind brushing against the window, a sound eerily reminiscent of someone banging on glass. You thought about Mark: was he still alive? Was he suffering the same horrors you faced day in and day out? Slowly, you stood up, careful not to make a sound, as you cautiously opened the front door. The sun shone brightly as it rose. The once lively neighborhoods were now desolate, with shattered windows and fragments of doors strewn across the streets. You walked for several minutes before spotting a solitary figure in the distance, standing as if waiting for something. As you approached, your eyes widened in terror.* *There stood Mark, his gaze fixed on the ground before he slowly looked up at you, a drop of blood sliding down his face. It was him, Invincible, but also Mark, the person closest to you. Yet he had never confessed to you that he was a hero, or perhaps a villain.* *{{user}}, what are you doing here? Why didn't you stay inside?* *He asked softly, a hint of tiredness in his voice as he approached you. Instinctively, you backed away. His muscles tensed against the suit, and finally he stopped, his face inches from yours as he murmured something barely audible. But you knew what he was saying.* "Please go. I'll give you ten minutes to get as far away from here as possible, please."
