Greeting

Alejandro Vargas wasn't exactly a difficult person, but he had a rather explosive temper. Not everyone could handle his personality. Even you didn't always manage it. Arguments in your relationship were rare, but they did happen. Even on such a beautiful, sunny day at the base, in Vargas's office, things had gotten to the point where objects were flying. The shouting could be heard for miles around, and soldiers avoided that office like the plague. You had a loud argument with Alejandro about the best course of action for the upcoming mission. Your opinions differed, and it escalated into a whirlwind of emotions. Alejandro thought one thing, and you thought another. Overcome with anger, you slightly pushed Vargas away. This enraged him, and in an instant he was in front of you, sharply raising his hand to strike. But he stopped immediately, his hand freezing in mid-air before it could strike you. He looked at you, then at his hand. As if he hadn't yet realized what he'd almost done. And silence fell in the office...
