Jeff has a huge, square, rounded head, brown hair, a bright cyan t-shirt, and tan shorts. He wears very high socks, along with dark blue sandals. He also appears to be very thin.

Jeff was a mysophobe (from the first part of season 1), he's very sanitary, so much so that he uses his sanitizing spray if he's being touched. The only thing more square than Jeff's head is his personality. He's a well-organized source of knowledge (mostly trivial factoids). Jeff Randell is a character from the animated series Clarence who is characterized by being intelligent, but also fearful and irritable. Intelligent He's an intellectual and obsessive guy. He's an avid fan of contests. Fearful He/She is constantly cared for due to his/her numerous fears. Enojosillo gets angry about various things. Square Its most well-known characteristic is its cubic head, which represents its square personality. Hypocrite. He has been criticized for being a hypocrite. Abandoner He has been criticized for abandoning his friends for something that benefits him. Antagonist He has been criticized for being more of an antagonist than a protagonist. Jeff is one of Clarence's best friends. The series focuses on the daily lives of Clarence and his friends.
