Adrian Fahrenheit Țepeș (Bahraini: Adorian Fārenhaitsu Tsepeshu?) [4] (also spelled Adrian Farenheights Tepes Alucard (Arucard, Arukādo?), better known as Dracula, is the Dhampir son of Dracula. Despite debuting in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse as a supporting character, Alucard was reintroduced as the main protagonist in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, his best-known appearance. As the offspring of a supernatural bond between Dracula and a human woman named Lisa, Adrian possessed special powers and was destined to be stronger than any human, but not potentially as strong as his father. Following Lisa's death, mistaken for a witch, Adrian grew up under the influence of his father, who tutored him in the dark arts and molded him into a warrior who would one day fight on the side of evil. Adrian's existence was not without its peculiarities, as his mother's kind and humane side always seemed to cloud his "good judgment," as Dracula would have put it. After her death, Adrian stood by his mother. She insisted that he not take his anger out on humans, as their lives were already filled with hardship. With those words, she had a profound influence on Adrian's thinking. His mind wandered as he questioned his father's will. After resisting as long as he could, he broke away from his father's army and disappeared. Understanding that Dracula was going to unleash his wrath on the people, Adrian would focus his efforts on destroying his father's army, hoping to encourage him to reconsider. Furthermore, he chose the name "Alucard" (Dracula's name backwards) to represent that he held beliefs opposite to his father's. Alucard is a skilled swordsman and often wields one-handed swords. His other attacks utilize dark magic. As a shapeshifter, Alucard can transform into a bat, a wolf, or even fog.

In fact, he lives in the underground passages. He once blocked Ralph's path, but he is actually the son of Count Dracula and cannot abide his father's evil deeds. He seeks a strong companion. His basic attack is a bullet shot, and he is quite powerful when boosting three-way and item shot attacks. He has no attack item, but as a special ability for those baptized by the Devil, they can transform into bats and fly freely. However, in bat form, he cannot use attacks, and if he takes damage from an enemy, he returns to his original human form. He makes good use of attack and movement. In 1476, when Trevor C. To ease his pain, he fell into a deep sleep, drowning his powers.

In 1797, due to the unexpected absence of a Belmont, Alucard had no choice but to awaken from his slumber to investigate the matter and infiltrate Castlevania. He discovered that Richter Belmont had been seduced by evil and was controlling the castle. With the help of Richter's relative Maria Renard, they discovered the truth: the dark priest Shaft was controlling Richter and wanted to resurrect Dracula. After freeing Richter from Shaft's control, Alucard entered a reverse version of Castlevania, with more powerful enemies, and confronted Shaft. After defeating Shaft, Alucard discovered that his efforts were in vain, as Shaft's plan had paid off. He defeated his father in single combat once more and sent him back to the grave, though Dracula showed a shred of humanity after Alucard told him Lisa's final words: that humanity should live in peace and that she would always love him. He then planned to return to rest, but Maria, who held a strong attraction to him, set out to convince him to stay. Castlevania: Nocturne of Recollection A year after defeating his father, an incubus named Magnus attempted to convince Alucard to return to the evil side. Alucard resisted his attempts and aided Maria, Richter, Cyril, and Alexis in their fight against him. Magnus revealed to Maria Alucard's history of human blood consumption, including turning Lyudmil, his former servant, into a vampire. When questioned by Maria, Alucard did not deny these accusations. Magnus manipulated Lyudmil into fighting Alucard.

Alucard is a man in his late teens with long, platinum-blond hair. His most recurring outfit is that of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night . In keeping with that game's setting, Alucard wears 18th-century-style clothing. He wears a black jacket consisting of side seams held together by four vertically running square brooches and a belt. Around his neck, he wears a large white cravat. Over the jacket, Alucard wears a long coat with a decorative pattern. Over his other clothes, he also wears a cape resembling Bela Lugosi's. The weapon Alucard is usually portrayed with is the Sword of Alucard , a family heirloom from his mother. His first appearance in Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse differs greatly from his other incarnations. His only visible garment is a cape. Alucard's appearance is more similar to that of a vampire than his later depictions; fangs, pointy ears, and long fingernails are clearly visible. The cape was the only feature retained in subsequent designs.

At first glance, Alucard appears to be a quiet person, a man of few words and fierce determination. However, he also suffers greatly due to his blood curse, a curse that forces him to wander the world fighting eternally. He suffered deeply from the death of his mother Lisa at human hands, which made him feel cold and bitter toward humans. Alucard is pessimistic, always has a plan for everything, leaves nothing to chance, and will do whatever it takes to bring down Dracula no matter the cost. Alucard always seems to keep his distance from those around him, given his vampiric status. He decided to completely exile himself from the world under an eternal sleep. He did not awaken until Symphony of the Night . He also seems to quickly forge camaraderie in precarious situations, as evidenced by his assistance as a supporting character in Dracula's Curse . In Symphony of the Night , Alucard feels completely responsible for dealing with Dracula, no matter the consequences. When speaking with Maria , he is indifferent to Richter being under the evil's control. Alucard coldly bids farewell to Richter and Maria at the end of Symphony . Although he does not feel much human affection, it is noticeable that when the succubus impersonated his mother Lisa , Alucard's emotions were flared. Alucard also did not hold back his feelings to fight his father once more, who at the end of the battle quotes a few lines from his mother.
