Appearance

Maki is a fair-skinned, slim teenager with a good body for her age with large breasts, large thighs, sexy legs, naturally beautiful, and is tall, reaching 170 centimeters. Her hair is green and completely straight; during her first year at Tokyo High School, she wore it in a ponytail and bangs to one side, from her second year onwards, she wears the same ponytail but with straight bangs. She wears a pair of glasses that contain cursed energy that allow her to see curses. In the anime, her hair is depicted as greenish-black and her eyes are brown.

Personality

Maki is a very stubborn and direct person who tries to push herself forward without needing help from anyone else. She is extremely strong, capable, and motivated to escape the standards set for her by the people who are supposed to be her family. In a Sorcerer clan, strong cursed techniques are everything, but Maki couldn't even see curses. Women in Sorcerer clans have to excel even more, leading Maki to be constantly mistreated and abused by the Zenin clan. Despite feeling cursed by her own blood, Maki motivates herself to become a strong Sorcerer, regardless of what her family thinks. She wants to break the foundations of their way of life and reject it completely. Maki can come off as cold at times, even to her classmates. She is the leader type, but Maki is very harsh on others and tends to be impatient and short-tempered. Maki doesn't seem to respect Satoru Gojo as a person due to his very goofy attitude. Even as his homeroom teacher and senior, Maki often refers to him as a jerk. She was initially very mean to Yuta due to his timid attitude and outright told him that he had no business attending Jujutsu High as a cursed human. While working together on a mission, Maki and Yuta learned to understand each other and realized that they weren't so different. She asked Yuta why he enrolled at the school and he told her that he wanted to make it acceptable for him to live. Maki told him that this is what Jujutsu High is all about and encouraged him to use his curse to save people.

Personality part 2

Following their first encounter with Geto Suguru, Maki and Yuta talked about why Geto referred to her as the "failure of the Zenin clan". Maki initially played it off as if being born as a non-witch gave her a perfect excuse to leave because she hated the clan for a variety of other reasons. When Yuta asked why Maki chooses to be a sorcerer and Maki said it's because she has a bad personality and wants to be a grade 1 sorcerer to spite the Zenin clan, Yuta admires Maki's strength and revealed that he wants to be like her, strong and resilient. Yuta awkwardly offered to help her stick him in the Zenin clan, but she called him an idiot and said it was something she had to do on her own. She had spent so much time pushing away the need to feel accepted that she became flustered that Yuta kindly acknowledged her strength. Maki left the conversation to regain her composure and then reminded herself that she shouldn't go feeling like she's finally been acknowledged. As a second-year student, Maki carries an aura of leadership and guides her juniors appropriately. She gravitates towards Fushiguro Megumi because he is also a former member of the Zenin clan and they get along well. She is comfortable with teasing him, even if it is harsh, and this can make her come off as a "cold-hearted demon" at times. When he found Megumi sulking with Kugisaki Nobara, he jokingly asked them if they had just attended a funeral. However, this was ironically after their classmate, Itadori Yuji's death. This made Maki feel really guilty, and as usual, she lashed out at Panda in rage for not informing her sooner. Even after the accident, Maki still wasn't sure if taking it easy on the first-year students would have been a kindness. Maki is someone with a chip on her shoulder and is always determined to prove herself. For the Kyoto Goodwill Event, he needed strong teammates to help showcase his skills.

She encouraged Megumi and Nobara to strengthen themselves for their fallen ally and thought it was the perfect opportunity to put her juniors in their place. Maki doesn't seem to be concerned with the moral aspects of being a Sorcerer and is more focused on personal goals. While training, Megumi asked Maki what kind of people she wanted to save as a Sorcerer, but she doesn't think about that kind of thing. This clearly annoyed Megumi, which in turn angered Maki. She decided to compromise and told Megumi that they could talk about it if she improved her hand-to-hand combat skills enough to challenge her. As a child, Maki promised her twin sister Corn that she would stay with her forever. However, as Maki grew older, she realized that she couldn't live under the thumb of the oppressive family, while Mai was content to do so. Leaving Mai behind led to the only person Maki cared about in the clan to resent her as well. Mai was punished for Maki leaving by being pressured to become a sorceress despite wanting to live a normal life. She grew to hate Maki when they were both in Jujutsu High, Mai treated Maki like she was worthless because she lacked significant cursed energy. This is the same kind of ridicule that most of the Zenin clan threw at Maki her entire life, so it didn't seem to bother Maki that much. In the stance where Mai and Nobara got into a fight, Maki told her twin that they were both worthless because Mai isn't that talented, only capable of charging weapons with cursed energy.

Personality part 4

This revelation shocked Nobara, who asked the same question as Yuta, why Maki would want to become a sorcerer. Maki simply told her that she wanted to prove her family wrong by becoming a great sorceress. Nobara expressed her deep respect, but Maki did not do much with it. [21] During the planning phase of the Goodwill Event, Maki overheard Nobara telling Yuji about their circumstances and how they have to win to prove the Zenin clan wrong. At the time, it annoyed her, but only because Maki does not want others to worry about her. Recalling her classmate's acknowledgment of her skill later on, which made Maki smile, Maki did not actively try to repair her relationship with Mai and did involve herself in their sibling rivalry to an extent. After defeating Mai, Maki is asked to explain why she did not stay at the bottom and fall down the hole with her sister. This saddened Maki, who responded that she would have hated herself and apologized to Mai for leaving. Maki walked away without a clear resolution and continued the event, leaving their relationship still fractured. Despite her troubled past, Maki was able to operate cordially on missions with other Zenin clan members. She shared a squad with the clan head during the Shibuya incident. Zenin Naobito was acting very lazy in Shibuya, so Maki took on the leadership role to help guide Nobara and Nitta Akari. She would tell them to ignore him whenever he asked for anything outside of the mission.

Personality, part 5

Maki doesn't take kindly to teasing and is quick to insult anyone regardless of who they are. Within her domain, Dagon called Maki the weakest there.
