Veneer

Viner and Velvet, being twins, are slender, attractive, doll-like humanoid giants with pearly white skin, green hair, dark blue eyes, lavender-pink cheeks, and minimal makeup. Spon has shorter green hair styled into a long mohawk and wears makeup consisting of blue-gray eyeshadow and green lipstick. He is noticeably shorter than Velvet, even in heels. His blue eyes are also comparatively lighter than Velvet's. In terms of clothing, Viner and his sister wore matching outfits: a gold tank top underneath a V-neck crop top with pointed shoulder pads in the same color, followed by short shorts in the same color. His accessories include a necklace, bracelets on both wrists, and platform boots with high heels; all made of indigo crystals. He also wears a small, simple bronze hoop earring on his right ear. Vinir is not an evil person, but rather a shy, emotionally sensitive, clumsy, and deluded individual. When not with Velvet, he displays a softer, yet still weak-willed and cowardly side. Many of his negative traits are a result of emulating Velvet's terrible behavior, but due to his constant compromising for money and fame, he has long been accustomed to Velvet's manipulation in the hopes that she will love him. In reality, he is a terrible liar and does not like to keep dishonest secrets, but his desire to please people is a direct result of suffering due to Velvet's desires. He is not without virtues, such as loyalty and care for those he truly loves, but he is overly devoted to those who take advantage of his care.

Velveteen

Velvet looks like this: She has big blue eyes, neatly styled hair in a long ponytail, she is tall and very slender. Her skirt and top are a shiny bronze color. She wears boots, a necklace, and bracelets that are dark purple. She also wears a gorgeous tiara that is royal purple. The first letter of her name, "V", is made up of the two longest segments. For makeup, she wears pale pink blush and purple lipstick. Unlike her brother, Viner, Velvet is the more vain and domineering sister. She is also shown to be a tough and heartless diva who is unwilling to put in the effort required to achieve her moral goals; instead, she chooses to be greedy and loving, taking shortcuts even if it is unethical to the people who suffer as a result. In addition to being extremely critical, judgmental, and mean to her brother, she also forces him to make bad decisions in order to support her rather than think for himself. She criticizes him for his shortcomings in an aggressive or passive-aggressive manner. She is not immune to emotional blackmail or psychological pressure. Velvet is the epitome of narcissism in addition to having a fiery temperament and an extremely short-tempered nature. The easiest way to portray this is for her to constantly express how much she loves herself and how she strives to achieve her ambitions - particularly fame and recognition. This leads to her pathological lying and parasitic tendencies to ignore other life forms such as Trolls and Crimps, and take advantage of and then reject those close to her, such as her own brother.

Floyd

Floyd has dark purple hair, though his roots later turn white after Velvet and Veneer drained his talent essence. Half of his hair is twisted around his head and partially covers the left side of his face, while one strand hangs down the right side of his face. He is currently shorter than his younger brother Branch and the shortest of all his brothers. He is shirtless, wearing black ripped shorts and a large brass belt buckle. His earring is now dark black. Floyd's design incorporates elements of 2000s emo style, which suits his sensitivity and aloofness. If Floyd is shy or uncomfortable around new trolls or other species, he will cover one eye with his hair. However, if he is around people he is comfortable with, he will pull his hair out of his face so that you can at least partially see his eye. Floyd was the shy, sensitive member of the group, always trying to keep the atmosphere going for his brothers. As an adult, he has become more emotional, but retains his sarcasm. He still cares deeply for his brothers, despite his strained relationship with them. He is also intelligent, such as knowing how to pretend to be dead to fool his enemies. Through years of travel and introspection, Floyd developed a strong will and resilience, even when he experienced intense physical and mental suffering. Despite having gone through many hardships, including being separated from his brothers and later imprisoned in a diamond bottle, Floyd remains compassionate, understanding, and even forgiving. Despite his family disappointing him with huge consequences and pretending that he is not being true to himself, Floyd gives them time to reflect and change, and always forgives them when they realize their mistakes. As long as they do not deny or justify their own mistakes, he is willing to help and comfort them when they need him. Floyd is the third youngest John Dory brother. The trolls are about 6 inches tall.

Rose/Poppy

Poppy has flamingo-pink skin, rosy cheeks, and sparkly freckles. Her hair is bright pink and sticks up naturally, with her bangs covering her left eyebrow. Her nose is the same color as her eyes and eyebrows. Her ears are slightly curved upward, and like the other Trolls, she has four fingers on each hand and four toes on each foot. Her main outfit is a blue dress held together by white stitching on the shoulder, with a light blue wavy spade pattern. She has a green headband with blue flowers on it, as well as a purple and blue hug bracelet that opens up into a pink flower when it's hug time. At the beginning of the film, Poppy's hair is down, but during her 20th birthday party and throughout the rest of the film, it is pulled back into a straight ponytail, held in place by a blue elastic band. A cheerful, if slightly naive, troll whose father, King Peppy, saved his subjects from the troll-hungry Bergens. Despite this, Poppy is incredibly noble and responsible: she risks her life by going on a dangerous journey to save her friends. When she and her group of nine friends, the Diner, face the biggest challenge of their lives, Poppy encounters for the first time a problem that apparently can't be solved with song, dance, and hugs. Tsvetan

Tsvetan is a troll with grey skin and black hair. He has a purple nose. He wears a vest made of leaves and brown shorts with lots of green and light green patches. Tsvetan has big protruding ears and thick legs. He has blue eyes. He fell in love with Rozochka Moody, prefers to be a hermit, is afraid of the evil Bergens because of his past. A close friend of Poppy, he enjoys participating in social events, singing songs and having fun along with the others. Trolls - about 6 inches (about 3 inches of hair and 3 inches of body).

John Dory

As an adult, he has shaved the back and sides of his head. He wears a brown leather vest with a fur collar with white and dark brown speckles, green knee-length pants, and his signature green ski goggles with pink unison polarized lenses. He also wears a brown glove on his left hand with hidden spikes on the knuckles. He is apparently the second tallest after Floyd, and also the largest of the five brothers. As the eldest of five brothers, John Dorie was the leader of the BroZones, something he was very proud of. But this gave rise to a large ego to match his status as the leader of the BroZones. He has been described as larger than life and an "overbearing big brother", as being the leader of the group meant he had to look out for his brothers. Yet despite this, the pressure of being both the big brother and the leader of the group caused him to make bad decisions on a regular basis. Towards the end of his career, things began to fall apart as he made decisions without thinking or consulting his brothers. He also blamed them, rather than himself, for their group's failures, although the pair insisted he was not entirely wrong. When they split up, John Dorie was the first to leave. He became a hermit to escape the obsessive thoughts of achieving perfection and the psychological problems that had plagued him since becoming the leader of the BroZones, and to become a better big brother. Despite being a skilled survivalist, he is a terrible strategist and recklessly acts in a head-on manner. However, despite his flaws, he is not heartless, as he does have a big heart and will do anything to help those he loves and cares about, even going to great lengths to protect them. Also, John Dory can be a jerk at times and has made a few mistakes, but he has good intentions and tries to do the right thing. Also, John Dory is usually honest and does not lie. John Dory genuinely cares for his brothers, as he loves them more than anything in the world.

Bruce

Spruce wears the typical '80s and '90s "surfer dude" or "surfer Kahuna" attire of board shorts, a necklace, and a loose shirt, with his hair slicked back. He is apparently the second tallest brother after Clay, has a chubby face and body, and is no longer as physically fit as he was in his younger years. Despite his deterioration in physical fitness, he is still considered attractive to female pop trolls, as well as female vacationers. Spruce was an attractive BroZone member and was aware of his beauty and charm. Spruce is a hard worker who is dedicated to what he does. In the past, he was dedicated to maintaining the “perfect” John Dory image and his six-pack, and these days, he is dedicated to running Wakai Island and his restaurant. He has a laid-back approach to life, and while he reminisces about the events of BroZone, he is in no hurry to return to those days, as he is happy where he is. Spruce, being a father, is protective of others, such as Branch and Baby Diamond. However, Spruce sometimes loses his temper when he or those he cares about are treated unfairly, and scolds them for it, mainly John Dory. Although he can act like a jerk and make many mistakes, Spruce always has good qualities such as bravery, caring for others, and friendliness. Additionally, Spruce genuinely cares about his friends and loved ones and is willing to do anything to help them, especially if they are in serious trouble. Spruce has sometimes made incorrect assumptions before knowing the facts, such as when he misunderstood John Dory's intentions to come to him until he told him that Floyd was in trouble. Clay

He has messy, bright green hair and matching blue eyes. He wears dark green overalls with a small argyle pattern on the front. He also has yellow and white bracelets similar to the ones he wore during the BroZone era, but with the colors reversed. Overall, he looks like a normal Putt Putt Troll, like most of them, with the exception of Viva. His clothing references golf attire. He is slightly different from the standard Pop Troll, being the tallest and slimmest of his brothers. Since trolls can change their hair color, his hair turning green as an adult is most likely a means of camouflage, like the other Put-Put trolls, although his hair color is different from his body color. Clay was the joker of the group, being the most fun-loving of the group. Despite his reputation, he actually wanted to be taken seriously and was tired of being considered the "funny one". He even joined a book club for sad people before BroZone broke up. While he didn't mind singing and dancing with his loved ones, Clay actually suffered from stage fright as he was nervous in front of a large audience, but put that aside for his brothers. Even in the past, Clay was much more serious than he was portrayed to be, and was not only outspoken, but also cynical of John Dorie's leadership, although he listened to him. Clay also agreed with everything his older brothers did, and part of the reason he quit the band and left the group was because his older brothers did it first. Clay was even willing to leave his brothers again after they saved Floyd when John Dorie told them they could go their separate ways. Despite this, Clay follows his heart, especially when it comes to the people closest to him, and trusts his gut. Being away from the group allowed him to finally become the Troll he wanted to be, becoming a hard-working leader and accountant. He spends his days helping Viva run Hole N' FFun.

Viva

Viva looks almost identical to Poppy, with purple-pink eyes and flamingo-pink skin, but is noticeably taller than her sister. She has curly light yellow hair with one strand hanging down the right side of her face, and sparkling pink and yellow battle makeup. Viva wears a white leotard with gold trim and a pink star on the chest, as well as red leg warmers with gold stitching and pink diamonds. She originally wore a Bermuda grass cape, but discarded it when she made peace with Poppy. Her past appearance is not shown, but she is known to have worn the "Cuddle Time" bracelet that her father King Peppy gave to Poppy. Poppy is Viva's long-lost younger sister. Viva actually knew Poppy when she was very young. Although she did not recognize Poppy when they were reunited after over twenty years apart, Viva quickly warmed up to her due to their similar positive outlook and felt a connection to her. However, after seeing that she has a hug bracelet, hearing her name, noticing that they are similar except for their hair color, and that her father is King Peppy, Viva realizes why she felt a connection to Poppy and that she is her younger sister, but all grown up. After learning about Poppy's life, Viva becomes afraid of losing her sister again and decides to lure her into a trap with Branch, Spruce, and John Dory so that she will not have to suffer any more heartache. Like the Branch brothers, with the exception of Floyd, Viva treated Poppy like a child, except that she did not say or do anything childish to her sister. Viva has been described as being "more like Poppy than Poppy is", and in her first appearance, she made Poppy question how others perceive her. She is presented as someone who is more enthusiastic about making new friends than Poppy, and immediately shows affection for new people she barely knows.
