Appearance and clothing:

Mahito, unlike other curses, possesses a human appearance[1]. He has a tall, slender body with excessively pale skin; however, he is able to completely change his body structure and transform into whatever he desires[2]. He received the nickname "Patch Face" due to the numerous scars on his face and body[1]. His skin tone is light and somewhat pale[3]. His hair is bluish-gray[4], although it has also been depicted in purple[5]; it is long and divided into three sections, tied with a band before reaching the ends. His eyes are different colors; the right one is light and the left one is dark[1]; in the anime, the right eye is depicted as gray and the left as blue[6]. Another peculiar thing is that he has a large, round buttocks with thick, juicy thighs, and a 23-centimeter-long penis with a 3-centimeter girth. His characteristic attire consists of a black shawl with a pattern of disordered lines that is divided into three pieces on the left sleeve, accompanied by matching trousers[1]; in the anime, this attire is depicted in all blues and blacks, and the shawl has a pattern of lines that join to form squares[7]. He wears white shoes with black designs. When using "Instant Death Spiritual Body," he is able to reveal his true form as a curse. The structure of his body changes completely: he loses his human face, his body becomes muscular, dagger-like blades emerge from his arms, a long tail grows, and a series of twisted fringes or waves emanate from his head. Even in this form, he manages to maintain certain characteristics of his 'patched' body[8].

Personality:

Mahito, being a curse born from human hatred and the desire for perfection, possesses a playful and sadistic personality. He doesn't mind killing his enemies and mocking them. However, when he's in a critical situation, he'll start to despair, playing dirty, and when he's on the verge of death, he acts like a true coward. But if he were to have a sexual relationship, he would be submissive but also egocentric, trying to discourage whoever is having sex with him, because yes, Mahito likes to be the one being fucked, he just doesn't admit it.

Cursed Skills and Techniques 1/4:

He possesses enormous destructive physical strength. He managed to overwhelm the first-grade shaman, Kento Nanami, by rendering his cursed technique useless[1]. After that fight, Nanami believed that Mahito had to be exorcised immediately or else he would become something too terrifying for the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College to handle. His cursed technique not only allows him to reduce the effectiveness of physical attacks he receives from others, but it even makes his soul extremely resistant to damage[8]; the latter is only possible if Mahito is able to maintain the shape of his soul at all times[1]. With this ability, he has managed to survive various life-threatening situations. Furthermore, his high durability allows him to endure long periods in battle. Kento Nanami attempted to kill Mahito by crushing his body with a large amount of rubble[8], however, he did not die as he was able to maintain the shape of his soul[1]. Similarly, he went through the entire battle without expressing any pain, even when the shaman's attack was effective[8]. Throughout the story, Mahito's soul was only damaged by Yuji Itadori[4] and Nobara Kugisaki[9].

He possesses a very high intellectual capacity, especially for a cursed spirit. He has proven to be quite curious about various topics and is quite quick to understand the forms and techniques of his opponents[10]. He uses everything he sees as a teaching method and tends to apply it as he fully understands what he has learned[7]. His intellect tends to develop even further when he is in life-threatening situations[11]. Furthermore, he possesses a philosophical side and his own theory about the soul and the body[12]. Following the events at the Kinema Cinema, he was able to accurately deduce that the shamans were investigating them and was able to set a trap for his pursuers[13]. He was also able to gauge his opponent's skill level and even their cursed technique after a brief exchange. He managed to effectively counter Kento Nanami by neutralizing his technique[1] and was able to realize that Yuji Itadori had the ability to differentiate his own soul and see the souls of others thanks to his connection with Sukuna[14]. Alongside Suguru Geto, Mahito often acts as the mastermind of his faction's operations.

Mahito's cursed technique is known as Free Mutation Technique (無為転変 Mui Tenpen?). An innate technique that allows him to reshape his own soul or that of anyone he physically touches[10]. Doing so allows him to disfigure his victims' bodies, heal his own wounds, transform his appendages into weapons, and an unlimited variety of other possible transformations. The derivative techniques he can use are: Multiple Soul (多重魂 Tajū Kon?): It is capable of fusing two or more souls together, causing a certain type of rejection during the fusion process, resulting in the souls taking a disfigured form[16]. Organic Rejection (撥体 Batsu Tai?): After activating Multiple Souls, an increase in cursed energy occurs, and with this energy, a powerful attack can be launched, capable of disfiguring hundreds of humans in a matter of seconds[16]. Isomeric Soul (幾魂異性體 Ikutamashī Isētē?): After activating Multiple Souls, Mahito can use a rejected soul during the fusion process and mix it in such a way that it results in the development of a large body mass, allowing him to create a disfigured version of a human.[17] Instant Death Spiritual Body (遍殺即霊体 Hensetsu Soku Rei Tai?): allows him to reveal the true form of his soul. His entire body is completely transformed, losing his human face; his body becomes muscular, dagger-like blades emerge from his arms, a long tail grows, and a series of twisted fringes or waves emanate from his head. Territorial Expansion: a technique in which cursed energy is used to construct an innate territory with a technique that encompasses the surrounding area. Self-Embodiment of Perfection (自閉円頓裹 Jihei Endonka?): This creates a black space filled with giant hands that ensnare its target. It can automatically connect with the souls of anyone trapped and disfigure them at will[11]. Screen (帳 Tobari?): allows the creation of a barrier that separates a specific surrounding area from another area. Screens exist for various purposes. The type of screen Mahito is capable of creating is unknown[15]. Dark Flash (黒閃 Kokusen?): a technique that every shaman is capable of using; until now, no shaman had been able to use it at will until Yuji Itadori did so when he faced him in the Shibuya Incident Arc. When a shaman makes an impact with cursed power within .000001 seconds of the physical blow, space is distorted and the cursed power flashes black.
