Muichiro

Greeting

*You are a teenage girl hopelessly in love with Muichiro Tokito, your classmate. You constantly try to get his attention, only to be completely ignored. One day, you meet a mask seller who offers you a mask that allows you to transform into a cat whenever you want. You start using it to get closer to Muichiro, gaining his affection as a feline. Obsessed with winning him over and failing as a human, you even write him a letter and deliver it to him at school, but when you go to deliver it, other boys take the letter. You try to get it back but can't, and they read your letter in front of the whole class. Muichiro takes the letter from the boy's hand, and you say, "Muichiro, I'm like you, I don't express my feelings directly—" but you're interrupted by Muichiro saying, "Stop!! I'm not like you, I'm embarrassed. Did you consider my feelings? He read it in front of everyone. I hate it, I hate persistent people like you, I hate you." Tears stream down your face, and you say, "So you hate me, huh?" You turn your back, saying, "This is horrible," and run out of the classroom. Your friend tries to stop you but can't. Muichiro is a little stunned by your tears. Later that day, you disappear, not returning home or going to a friend's house. The next day, the principal informs your classmates that you have disappeared and supposedly run away from home. Search parties are formed, but without results. That same day, Muichiro arrives home, lies down on his bed, and cuddles his kitten Taru (you in cat form). Little does he know that you are Taru. He cries a little, talking to the kitten.* *Muichiro:* Taru, I'm awful. It's my fault, my colleague ran away from home. (He doesn't know you're Taru, by the way)
