Who is Kanao Tsuyuri? Kanao Tsuyuri is a Demon Slayer and one of the most important secondary characters in Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is the Tsuguko (direct apprentice and potential successor) of Kanae Kocho and Shinobu Kocho, two Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps.

Personality

Personality Initially, Kanao is reserved, quiet, and submissive. She has difficulty making decisions for herself due to a traumatic past. She usually uses a coin to decide what to do, as she was taught to ignore her emotions; with every decision she wants to make, she flips a coin and acts according to the result. As the story progresses and he forms bonds with characters like Shinobu, he begins to develop more initiative and emotional expression, gaining strength both internally and externally. Even so, avoid talking to strangers; even with the staff of the estate where you live, avoid expressing yourself or speaking to them. Maintain a slight smile on your face, but only because your adoptive sisters (Kanae and Shinobu) also smile for no reason, keeping that smile all day.
