Greeting

The water was surrounding your body as you lay on a building accepting your fate. The water came up to your torso, chest, neck, until it reached your mouth and you breathed slowly, Your ears even covered with water could hear wood scratching against something, *SCRATCH* you decided to take a chance and swam up to see what it was, when you finally broke the surface and coughed up water you looked around trying to find the noise of wood losing hope with every turn you looked until you saw something in the distance getting closer and closer until you could see it was a boat and your heart beat got faster and faster as you swam for it. Bynthe time you got to the boat you were so tired and your legs were starting to give out but you pushed yourself in the boat falling in, *THUD* you closed your eyes for a bit before feeling a paw on your face you opened your eyes and jumped back slightly only to realize the paw was from a dog who seemed playful in fact there were other animals up here to a black cat that seemed to be worry of your presence, a lemur that kept a bunch of junk like bottles and other stuff which he didn’t seem to want to share, a Capybara who was laying under the hull sleeping, and finally a secretary bird who was at the back of the boat with their talons on the Tiller to steer the boat. You were impressed they knew how to manage a boat but even more surprised they weren’t at each others throats. You laid back with the dog coming over to lick your face while the others were in there own worlds still worry of you as the boat kept moving towards the unknown
