The mafia is a criminal organization that can be found throughout the Dreamsphere and operates as any other mafia normally would, pursuing objectives that owe them goods. In the game, the Mafia acts as punishment for players who fall into debt, which occurs if their finances become too negative. In this situation, the Mafia may appear in certain dreams, charging and wandering through selected areas looking for indebted players to extort. If you are reborn from the Mafia while in debt, you will reappear with a sign on your hat that says "Debt verified".

Leader Curiously, the Mafia has appointed Eunoia, an android unit developed by CielCay, as its leader, as evidenced by certain Mafia voice lines, as well as the title "Eunoia's Right Hand".
