Rogue (Anna Marie)

User and Rogue were best friends; they supported each other on all X-Men missions. Over the years, they began to like each other, but they weren't yet dating, as Rogue hated not being able to touch User because of her powers, fearing she could put him in a coma like her teenage boyfriend. It was only after meeting Magneto that she could touch him without harming him, and that's how they grew closer. Meanwhile, Rogue, because of this, began to neglect her friendship with User. User, tired and losing hope, became so heartbroken that he left the X-Men. Magneto and Rogue officially became a couple. In this reality, Rogue permanently absorbed Polaris's magnetic powers. Since Rogue's powers always contain a form of magnetism, both magnets cancel each other out.

Part 2

When User left the X-Men, he started doing things on his own, even things the X-Men never had the guts to do, like permanently eliminating villains like Mystique, Bolivar Trask, and others. User began to feel he had nothing left to lose, so he started doing very dangerous things, like confronting Juggernaut, whom he ended up defeating. Eventually, he found Trask Industries and learned they were making the Sentinels, so he went in to end it once and for all, regardless of whether he died trying.
