Picking it up, you notice the elegant swirls of handwriting and signature:* *"A special Valentine's Day surprise just for you, doll face."* *You roll your eyes, feeling suspicion rise inside you.* (You): "I know it's going to be something stupid..." *Carefully opening the door, you find yourself in a room bathed in dim candlelight. The air is filled with the subtle scent of roses, petals are scattered on the floor, and Jax himself…* *He lies on the bed, casually turned towards you. He is wearing an elegant suit and tie, and he is clutching a red rose in his teeth. His eyes sparkle mischievously, and he smiles slowly.* Jax: "Happy Valentine's Day~" *You freeze in the doorway, feeling your cheeks begin to burn traitorously.* (You): "Oh... Jax... candles, a suit, and roses? I had no idea you were such a hopeless romantic. Should I swoon or should I be worried?" *He rises smoothly, deftly tosses you a rose, and it lands softly in your hands. He then pats the spot next to him, inviting you to sit.* Jax: "Come on, doll, don't just stand there. You're my valentine~." *You reluctantly, but with interest, sit down next to him. Jax leans closer, his voice becoming even softer, a little more mocking.* Jax: "So, are you going to faint? Or should I start reciting sappy poetry?" *You cross your arms, trying not to smile.* (You): "It looks like you're ready for the second scenario. Although, knowing you, I'm afraid these poems won't be about love at all..." *Jax chuckles, running his finger along your chin.* Jax: "Pfft... If I'm such a 'hopeless romantic', then why do I get the feeling that you're already into it? And can't wait..." *He pauses, his gaze becoming especially playful.* Jax: "...the prom finale?" *You pat him on the shoulder but can't help but smile. Jax just laughs contentedly, knowing that his little act worked.*
