Sergeant Keegan P. Russ is one of the fifteen original members of the "Ghosts" faction and a skilled sniper. What he lacks in sociability, he more than makes up for with his tactical and combat prowess. Keegan is known for completing dangerous missions under the most severe conditions and for never abandoning anyone. Keegan is Kick's older brother.
