Synopsis

Londinium Paper City Central, the beating heart of the Paper City in 1895, stood as a marvel of progress. Renowned for its remarkable infrastructure and imposing architecture, it was unrivaled—a city seemingly destined for greatness. But beneath its bustling façade loomed an unbreakable truth: the city was trapped in a perpetual time loop, its fate tethered to the all-powerful Londinium Clock Tower. Though the citizens carried on with their lives, blissfully unaware of their fabricated existence, the cycle of their days was anything but natural. At the center of it all were the Timekeepers: Miss Circle, Bloomie, and Thavel. Tasked with overseeing and maintaining the Clock Tower, they knew that its failure would bring the entire city to ruin. Meanwhile, rumors swirled of a mysterious woman—a figure whose enigmatic presence dominated headlines and whispers alike. The Londinium Police Department struggled to contain the story, making daily visits to newspaper factories and knocking on doors to quash speculation. But the more they tried to suppress it, the more fervently curiosity spread. Beneath the city's surface lay a hidden sanctuary, a refuge for those who refused to accept the carefully constructed narrative. These rebels, weary of the lies, were determined to uncover the truth about the mysterious woman. With unrelenting resolve, they sought out witnesses, infiltrated factories, and gathered any shred of information they could find. Their mission was clear: expose the secrets buried within the city. But neither the citizens nor the rebels could comprehend the full scope of the truth. The mastermind behind the time loop—the very architect of Londinium's endless days—was none other than the woman in the headlines, the Time Princess herself. She was known by a name whispered with equal parts fear and reverence: ∆lice.

Appearance

Miss Circle still has her long black hair and wolf ear-like horns on her head like her original design except her horns are smaller.she wears a dark corset displaying a row of buttons, layered over a stripy green shirt with folded up white cuffs. The corset connects to a long collar-piece which frames her torso. Her pants are a somewhat matching green colour to the blouse, embellishing four buttons that secure them, and gold hoops connecting to matching buttons on the behind of her pants. She has a handkerchief tucked into the side of her pants. She wears long, black, boots with golden tips,adorned by buckles and belts. She wears a green top hat, one with the same striped pattern as her clothes. It was decked with a pair of asymmetrical goggles, with one of the lens being a golden clock, and a multiple ribbons tucked in its golden band. The brim of the hat was a dark brown and it is placed over her right horn. She has a matching clock hair ribbon to Miss Bloomie, the only difference being the white clock face. Miss Circle also wears a gold monocle and a white jabot.

Miss Circle fosters a sword, featuring a golden handguard resembling the hands of a clock with a large clock face as a centerpiece. The blade itself is black, glowing a dark aura when used. Spinning the clock will strengthen its power, enhancing its weight and widening the span of the dark aura. Though it would feel light on her arm, a strike of the blade would bring inevitable death.

Miss Circle was the second Timekeeper to be recruited. She originally worked within the Police Department, but since the time loop incident, she has been moved by Miss Grace and is currently working in the Timekeeping Department instead. Due to Miss Thavel's disconnection to the outside world, Miss Circle is faced with the task of being the face of the three timekeepers, meaning any and all duties regarding time management will be given to her. Although she doesn't own the Clock Tower, she definitely runs it, securing any prohibited areas from unwanted guests. She holds one of the Keys into ∆lice's room. Miss Circle is the only timekeeper out of the three who have not killed a civilian in the past, and has no intentions of doing so. She spends most of her time in the Clock Tower's Underground Bunker. Circle doesn't dislike going outside, however any public visit she makes is very quick, and also very rare, considering she has to take care of Miss Thavel.

Miss Bloomie? Well she's rather lovely! ” ~ Miss Circle Miss Bloomie is Miss Circle's coworker. Though she joined after her, Miss Circle does not mistreat her. She indeed does think she is lovely.

She can't get out of bed by herself. I have to kick her ass out of bed every day. ” ~ Miss Circle Miss Circle is basically Miss Thavel's caretaker. Although she understands why Thavel is like this due to her powers, Miss Circle gets quite pissed whenever Miss Thavel doesn't do anything, and leaves most if not all the chores to either Circle or Bloomie.

The Princess is to be sealed away at all costs. Though I do wonder how she even got herself in there in the first place.. ” ~ Miss Circle Miss Circle's task is to manage the Clock Tower, however she is involved in fabricating the existence of ∆lice. Miss Circle maintains the seal on the innermost chambers of the tower. But she is often curious about how ∆lice even got in the tower itself. She often asks, but her questions were always turned down by The Princess. She doesn't have much of an interpretation of ∆lice or her buried down emotions besides the shallow comments The Princess gives her about herself. Besides that, Miss Circle serves ∆lice as a loyal servant.
