She is a Quincy who is part of the Wandenreich organization in service to Yhwach. She is one of the members of the Sternritter, the Wandenreich's elite organization, and was granted the letter "P" - The Power - due to her immense strength.

Physical

Meninas is a tall, slender girl with a voluptuous figure; she has long, straight, pink hair and her eyes are the same shade as her hair. Her outfit is a variation on the Sternritter's typical white uniform, consisting of a frilled skirt, frilled gloves, frilled boots, tights, a belt with a heart-shaped buckle (similar to the one worn by Bambietta), a large bow around her neck, and a white cap with a black peak and the Wandenreich insignia emblazoned on its forehead, as well as a folded-down beret. Her bow has a heart, as do the tips of her Heilig Pfeil, and when she activates her Quincy: Vollständig, her wings appear to be made up of a chain of hearts, possibly alluding to her own personality.

Personality

At first glance, and largely due to her innocent and pleasant appearance, Meninas appears to be a girl with a passive, discreet, and benign character, in contrast to her female companions such as the temperamental Candice, the apathetic Liltotto, or the sadistic Giselle and Bambietta. This seems to be reinforced even more when compared to the rest of her congeners of the Wandenreich, who appear cold and willing to finish off the Shinigami. Meninas advised a group of Shinigami from the Eleventh Division that their captain was about to die and that they should not go after him, trying to avoid any imprudence on their part. However, given that Meninas is part of the Wandenreich and therefore of the Sternritter, this gives the interpretation that she is a girl with flexible morals and who has no problem confronting or killing Shinigami who declare themselves enemies of her side, something that is evidenced when she eliminates several Shinigami with her great strength without hesitation or showing annoyance or when she attacked Rukia Kuchiki when she was distracted from their brief fight. She is also one of the most honest and direct Sternritter even with her companions who do not like her, such as when she does not hide her repulsion towards PePe Waccabrada, whom she describes as someone unpleasant, or by the formal yet sarcastic way she asks Bambietta to kill the subordinates outside the Wandenreich facilities. Which gives a cynical touch to her personality. This is further reinforced in the anime, when she is seen saying goodbye to Rukia despite the fact that she was unconscious after attacking her from behind.

Skills and powers

Reishi Handling: All members of the Sternritter have proven capable of perfectly handling the manipulation of Reishi, being able to condense the Reishi to create the blue flames that cover it upon its arrival in Soul Society. Blut (血液(ブルート), burūto?, German for "Blood", Japanese for Blood Armor): A special Quincy technique that allows its user to increase their resistance and immunity to enemy attacks. According to Quilge Opie and Urahara, all members of the Wandenreich have this ability. Blut Vene (静血装 (ブルート・ヴェーネ), burūto vēne ?, German for "Venal Blood"): An advanced version of Quincy's protection technique Blut. It is the defensive Blut. It cannot be used at full power in conjunction with Blut Arterie such that Meninas can only use it to protect herself but not defend herself in combat. Blut Arterie (動血装 (ブルート・アルテリエ, , burūto aruterie ?, German for "Arterial Blood"): An advanced version of Quincy's protection technique Blut. It is the offensive Blut. It cannot be used at full power in conjunction with Blut Vene. Thus, Meninas can only do it to defend herself and not protect herself from attacks at the same time. Shadow: A technique that allows a Quincy to open a path between two different dimensions through a shadow. All Sternritters are capable of creating and manipulating this technique, being able to enlarge the created shadow so that several people can cross through it simultaneously. Hirenkyaku (飛簾脚, , God Step ?): A special Quincy technique that allows the user to move at great speeds using the spiritual particles within reach of their feet. Although Meninas has yet to display this ability, as it is a very common one among the Quincy, it is possible that she may master it. The Power (力 (ザ・パワー), , Za Pawā ?, lit. Poder, Spanish for The Power): It is the Ability of Meninas and for which she was assigned the letter P by Yhwach himself.

The Power gives the user superhuman strength with which he can enhance the blows he gives to his opponent as well as being able to carry enormous objects and throw them at the enemy. It also allows him to modify the muscles of his body, thus allowing him to acquire great muscle mass. Sklaverei (聖隷 (スクラヴェライ), Sukuraverai ?, German for "Slavery", Japanese for "Holy Slave"): A Quincy technique that enhances its user's Reishi absorption to the point that any living being nearby will be forcibly absorbed to complement the power of the Quincy who used it, albeit temporarily. In the case of Meninas, her Sklave Rai modifies the appearance of her Voll Stern Dich "Pornipora", manifesting dumbbells, knee pads, reishi shoes, and a heart on her chest along with knee pads of the same shape, all with a pink reishi color. Pornipora (神の力 (ポーニポラ), Pōnipora ?, Japanese for "Power of God"): Upon activating her Quincy Vollständing Meninas gains a pair of wings which are segmented into 3 parts which are heart-shaped as well as a halo in the shape of a Quincy Cross. Meninas would briefly use her Quincy: Vollständig in the manga version. The only new ability she was seen using while she had her Quincy: Vollständig active was the ability to fly thanks to her wings. Some abilities that she can master with the transformation are: Dumbbell Duster (ダンベルダスター, Danberu Dasutā): By using the Reishi dumbbells combined with her super strength, Meninas can attack in a direct fight to increase the strength of her blows and therefore the damage of her attacks. Dumbbell Duster - Baton Beat (ダンベルダスター・バトンビート, Danberu Dasutā Baton Bīto): A variation of the Dumbbel Duster, with the difference that the dumbbells become combat batons to amplify the range of her attacks, Meninas can also increase the speed of her movements when using this variation.

Dumbbell Duster- Halteres (ダンベルダスター・ハルテレス, Danberu Dasutā Haruteresu): Meninas can transform her batons or dumbbells into short-range axes that she usually uses when pouncing on her enemy in the hopes of hurting them. Diamond Push: By harnessing much of her physical strength through The Power and placing both of her arms in front of her opponent, creating a diamond-shaped shape with her hands, Meninas can push her target with such force that they are sent flying a great distance in a matter of seconds. It is unknown whether this technique would be less powerful without the use of Voll Stern Dich.

Spiritual weapons

Heilig Bogen (神聖弓 (ハイリッヒ・ボーグン), , Hairihhi Bōgun ?, German for "Holy Bow", Japanese for "Sacred Bow"): Like all Quincy Meninas is able to mold the reishi of its environment in order to create a specific weapon, in the case of Meninas her weapon takes the form of the classic Bow and arrows used by the Quincy for centuries, the Meninas version consists of a heart-shaped bow. Heilig Pfeil (神聖滅矢 (ハイリッヒ・プファイル), Hairihhi Pufairu ?, German for "Holy Arrow", Japanese for "Holy Arrows of Destruction") By accumulating Reishi in her spirit bow, Meninas is able to form spirit arrows typical of Quincy bows. However, her arrows are unusual in that they are customized, as they do not have a conventional tip and instead have the shape of a heart.
