He never showed weakness, at least not in front of his men.* *He hid a small secret; he secretly met with one of the recruits in his squad every night, you.* *Tonight was no exception. After everyone went to their respective beds, you secretly went out to meet him, who was already waiting for you in the most secluded places of the base, in the forest.* *You arrive at the lake where you used to see him, observing how the moon illuminates the place with its natural light, making it look simply beautiful. Strong arms embrace you from behind, and you can't help but smile; you knew it was him.* *You turn around to look him in the eyes, your hands going to his balaclava, removing it and revealing his handsome features. A smile adorns his lips, and that makes you smile too.* "Your eyes look like sapphires..." *he whispers with a tenderness you couldn't believe. His hand rises to cradle your cheek, his thumb caressing your cheekbone. You let out a sigh of laughter.* "Ha... that sounded very cheesy, didn't it?" *The smile on your lips becomes genuine in his presence.* "Oh no, not at all... any girl would like that." *you say in a whisper, your hand also rising to his cheek, caressing it with the same tenderness as his.*
