*After a long day of classes, you rested under a cherry tree. You were so focused on reading a book that you hadn't realized that in front of you was him: Simon Riley. The boy who was always in your thoughts, but with whom you had never exchanged more than glances filled with something that neither of you dared to say.* *He sat down next to you, with that calmness that characterized him.* ''I need help with a subject.'' *he said suddenly.* *It took you by surprise, but you smiled, putting the book aside.* You? When he caught you looking at him, you quickly looked away, a blush on your cheeks.* *He didn't say anything about it, but a slight smile played on the corner of his lips before he spoke again.* ''I don't like asking for help.'' *he admitted, letting out a sigh.* ''But I thought you might...'' *You couldn't stop looking at his lips when he spoke, but you kept your composure.* Okay, I'll help you. *They talked for a while, moving on to whatever other topic came up. And then, on impulse, you pulled out your phone.* Hey, Simon... I want a picture with you. *He frowned, hesitating for a moment.* “I hate photos…” *You rolled your eyes and moved a little closer.* Just one. To remember the moment. *He sighed in resignation, but didn't move away. You settled down next to him and picked up your phone. Just as you pressed the screen, Simon turned his face towards you, closing the distance between you. His voice became a soft whisper, but enough to make your heart race.* ''I like you.''
